I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.

We chose the Hilton again for our trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. While it's not right in the town center, transportation is super convenient. The hotel has its own water taxi that goes to and from the center daily. The first boat leaves at 8:15 AM, and then it's hourly after that. It costs 14 NZD per person and takes about 25 minutes. The last return trip is at 9:45 PM, and there's a timetable available at the front desk. The hotel is also only a ten-minute drive from the airport. The hotel's setting and views are absolutely beautiful, right on the lake. You can take a lovely stroll along the lakeside in the mornings, and the restaurant is right there, so you can enjoy the lake view while you eat. The hotel has a Western restaurant, a bar and restaurant, and a coffee shop. The breakfast buffet is served in the Western restaurant and opens at 6 AM, which is great for guests who want to get an early start on their sightseeing. The food selection is comprehensive and tasty too! We had dinner at the Western restaurant on our first night and it was excellent, the steak was fantastic! The bar and restaurant is also good; on our last day, we got back late from our Milford Sound tour and just ordered pizza and beer at the bar. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The bar atmosphere was great too! We booked a lake view king room, and the layout was nice, with full amenities. The hotel also has a pool, and the gym is open 24 hours. All in all, our stay and dining experience were very comfortable! Highly recommended!

The lakeside cottage is very beautiful and the room is clean, but it has a retro feel and everything is old. There is also a small drawback that you can't cook. But the restaurant next to it is delicious and worth a visit! The key point is that the room has a bathtub

The hotel was great however for the size and experience they are aiming for and the reputation of being operated by the Hilton, the internet speed is subpar and was below my expectations. A speed test returned speeds of 0.03mbps which is not enough for web browsing. I would have hoped for better internet connection given the price and premium segment this hotel competes in.

Facilities: The selected suite had excellent facilities, including cooking amenities, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer combo. Service: I stayed for two nights, and it's clearly a very popular place. On the first night, I was assigned room 301, which, as shown in the picture, had a corner window directly facing the parking lot. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk attendant about changing rooms. Since they were fully booked, I was eventually moved to room 703, which faced a small pond. They even left a thoughtful card and some chocolates. Overall, the hotel environment was good. It's a short walk to the Lone Tree and an acceptable distance from the town center.

The location is close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. The hygiene is good, and the front desk service is excellent. However, there are very few parking spaces, and you can only park in the green-marked areas. The elevator at the entrance to the parking lot was out of order, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the front desk.

Very roomy unit with all the facilities needed. Aircon was on at arrival so a comfortable start. Bed was good, bathroom was good. Not motels fault but people in next door unit stayed up late and were noisy. We are staying at the motel again next week.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large with many rooms. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious with two comfortable and clean queen-sized beds. My room was on the third floor, at the corner, offering only a partial view of the lake. There were no kitchen facilities, so cooking wasn't an option. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the lake. It's about a 10-minute walk to Queenstown's center and its attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a car park, but parking comes with a fee. Breakfast is also an extra charge, but the quality was decent.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall it was pretty good. You can turn on a fan inside the bed, so it doesn't feel stuffy. I was super lucky that day because even though it was a 4-person dorm, only two of us actually checked in, so it felt like a private two-person room. This LyLo in Queenstown is super close, right on the corner, and has a big penguin out front. Self-check-in was very easy; they send you an email well in advance, so the check-in process is a breeze. Check-out was even simpler – just click on the 'check-out' link in the email. Everyone in the room gets a locker, and it's quite spacious, so my suitcase fit in perfectly. The front desk service was also great. I accidentally locked my locker before setting a password, but I went down to the front desk, and they helped me resolve it quickly. They were very polite throughout. However, there was one minor issue with the facilities: there were a lot of people in the bathroom. Although the shower area was quite spacious, there was only one sink, so everyone had to take turns brushing their teeth and washing up.

XXikajintiandiudongxilemaTraveled to New Zealand with my parents during the Chinese New Year, so hotel prices were definitely on the higher side. However, the location was absolutely perfect! Once we parked the car at the hotel, everything was within walking distance. We were right on the lively lakeside. If you're driving, remember to email or call ahead to reserve a parking spot!

FFreya .I'll say it again, the hotel is beautiful. However, Trip.com's arrangements weren't great; they didn't clearly explain the room change or the facilities, which put us in a bit of a bind. Luckily, the after-sales service representative was quite helpful in addressing the issue.

GGuest UserLovely stay. Close to town. The room is a bit small but is comfortable. It is expensive, but everywhere is in Queenstown. This was the best location in New Zealand so I recommend staying at least 4 nights.  The Queenstown hill is a beautiful hike near the hotel. Finz was my favourite restaurant for fish and Bespoke Kitchen is the best breakfast/ lunch brunch we found.

EEdison MMercure Queenstown truly elevates the vacation experience! My friend and I stayed in a lake view room with two large beds, and the entire experience was fantastic – definitely five stars! 🌄 Stunning Views: The lake view room offers an absolutely divine panorama! You can take in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps right from your bed. The lake and mountain scenery, both morning and evening, is so beautiful it leaves you speechless; waking up to it every day was incredibly rejuvenating. 🏊♀️ Excellent Facilities: The hotel features its own pool and lounge area. After a day of activities, a dip and some sunbathing really enhanced the holiday vibe. The room was spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. The facilities were complete and modern, perfectly meeting our travel needs. 💁♀️ Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and professional. Upon check-in, they proactively introduced the hotel facilities and provided local tips for sightseeing. Any requests were promptly handled, showing great attention to detail that made us feel very welcome. 📍 Convenient Location: The hotel’s location is superb. It’s easy to park if you're driving, and you can also walk to Queenstown center with ease, making dining, shopping, and visiting attractions incredibly convenient. Our Queenstown trip with my friend was made even more perfect by this hotel. We will definitely choose it again next time we visit, and I highly recommend it to every traveler coming to Queenstown!

GGuest UserThis Queenstown trip involved three nights at different hotels due to tight availability: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, and Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Park Boutique left the deepest impression. Though not downtown, its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with a nightly wine tasting salon. Breakfast featured a partial buffet with main courses ordered à la carte. However, each guest could only order their main course once. Ideally, a second order could be offered for an additional fee, allowing larger groups to sample more dishes. The best part was the practical facilities: a small kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, and a mattress that was perfectly firm and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was even a fireplace, adding warmth to slightly chilly evenings. In short, if you're heading to Queenstown for a relaxing getaway, Park Boutique is the ideal place to stay.
