ongavinThe hotel enjoys a very strategic location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping and eating. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of options, although it can get quite crowded on weekdays, making it difficult to secure a table. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of facilities like a sauna or other winter-friendly amenities. Harbour view from the window is nice (see attached). Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:
- Beautiful view
- Daybed was as comfortable as the bed
- One of the most conveniently located hotels in Tromso
- Delicious, well-seasoned breakfast
Cons:
- Hotel amenities are lacking (toiletries, facial tissues, phone to contact conceirge)
- Only one staff member after hours, no form of room service then
- Staff aren’t attentive enough. Notably, towels that were removed were not consistently replaced with new ones (One night all were removed, none were replaced. Another night, all were removed and only one was replaced)

This is a 4-star hotel, but they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle for welcome, which was surprising. Even many 2-star hotels offer this basic service. I have stayed in both 5-star and 2-star hotels, and this felt disappointing. Small details like this really affect the overall guest experience.

This hotel deserves a perfect 100! Our room faced the sea directly. I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration when booking, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a handwritten card and some delicious macarons, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The location is excellent too; it's a great place to stay even without a car.

TurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

This hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the harbor overlooking the Arctic Cathedral and right next to Storgata!!! It is a bit old but remains traditional!! Perhaps some renovation in the rooms would be needed! Breakfast is a classic intercontinental breakfast buffet while the dinner is somewhat poor and basic! The fika is a nice touch!! The staff was pleasant and smiling except for the skinny young man on the day we checked in who was obviously bored and wanted to go to school and did not inform us about anything!! We had to ask him about all the procedures of the meals and the hotel while he did not provide us with any other information either about the hotel's facilities or information about the city!
It is worth it just for the location and we would probably prefer it again!! And yes, we saw the northern lights one night from our window across the mountain and above the harbor!!!

Bebe WI have upgraded to deluxe house from the hotel email due to adding two friends of mine are joining. I have paid so much extra to top up from the hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist said I have to pay extra NOK 200 because I did not inform them that I have 2 extra friends are joining.
Firstly, I did call to the hotel to check how much I need to top up due to two friends are joining. Second, the deluxe house is meant to have 4 -5 people to stay in, we have 4 people in total. Third, I booked this hotel on my first night and last night in my Tromso trip. I’m looking forward to stay river view and garden view. But unfortunately the service that I received is extremely disappointed and bad!!

Guest UserThe hotel is near the airport, an easy 20-minute walk if the weather's good. On a snowy day, we opted for the bus to the airport, which was super convenient. The hotel was quite busy overall, and breakfast started at 6:30 AM, the earliest I've seen in Norway! The breakfast selection was actually quite varied, though the layout was a bit cramped. You do need to return your own tray. The coffee machine was very easy to use. There's also a stunning observation deck right next to the breakfast area.

Guest UserI had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
It was the last hotel on a 10 trip in Norway
At the previous hotels on this trip I had asked for room on high floor with nice view but never got one. However, at Radisson the man at reception took note of my request and upgraded me to a lovely room with an amazing view of Tromso. It really made the last two days of my trip special enjoying the perfect view.
The room was also quiet and comfortable and cleaned promptly in the morning
Breakfast was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh breads, yoghurt and fish
Location is very central and opposite the stop for the airport bus.
All in all a
