Hotels With bar in Noord-Holland, Netherlands

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

The location is perfect for getting around. Very close to Amsterdam Centraal and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The rooms are as the pictures show.

Overall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

The hotel is a modern design not far from the airport. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. In our short stay here during our connection in Amsterdam wasn’t the best. In the room there was quite a bit of background noise causing me and my friend to not be able to get to sleep for a kind while. I turned off the climate control and even removed the card to shut off the electric for the room and there was still a buzzing noise in the background. Upon check in I asked if we could get a wake up call and were told the phones don’t work so just set an alarm on your phone. I also asked if there was a shuttle service to the airport you could avail of as it’s only 10/15 minutes drive and he said no and to just book a taxi on my phone. I found the worker a bit rude. The hotel is a nice vibe has a Nespresso professional machine which provided a lovely coffee during check in but I’d recommend earplugs for your sleep

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the train station or tram stop. They even have a piano in the common area for guests to play!

Great location 12/15 mins walk to central station which can connect you to many places airport was 15 mins away from central station in train stay at hostel was nice comfortable down they have a bar and restaurant outside seating area definitely if I’m back in Amsterdam solo I’ll be here back

The hotel is in a really good location, especially if you are traveling by train because it is right next to Amsterdam Centraal Station. The room was comfortable and the location made it very easy to explore the city. You can hear some noise from the trains, especially at certain times, but overall I had a good stay and would recommend it for the convenience.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam actually has a whole honeycomb for breakfast! Their breakfast is truly amazing – a honeycomb, grapefruit, freshly made 'jianbing guozi' (a savory Chinese crepe), and the best omelets I've ever had. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic German hotel. Oh, and out of the four pillows, one is lavender-filled. It felt lumpy at first, and I thought it was a buckwheat pillow. I slept wonderfully. There were many Chinese and German guests, and a lot of flight attendants were also having breakfast there. There's a forest near the hotel, perfect for morning runs. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the toiletries feel like those in a budget hotel, all 2-in-1. Address: Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam Airport Shuttle: Every 30 minutes Website Rating: 4 Stars

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. Extras: They offer bicycle rentals, which is a great way to explore the surrounding Location :

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.
