Traveling for work. The bedsheet and blanket makes me feel itchy. cockroach in the room. No toothbrush kit provided. The chair has a big white patch as if someone had a great time on it. Didn’t sleep well that night ruined my next work day with important meetings

This was my second time staying here, and this visit was especially memorable as I had just gotten married and our wedding venue was nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Moreover, the location is very convenient — it’s within walking distance to McDonald’s and the mall, making it easy to find food and enjoy some window shopping

This is a great hotel with excellent service, conveniently located near the airport. It's a shame the staff doesn't speak Chinese. Also, the morning shuttle only goes to Terminal 1, so if you're flying from Terminal 2, you definitely need to leave early. It's best to just use Grab to hail a taxi directly from the hotel entrance, as there's a lot of walking and a transfer bus involved otherwise. The hotel restaurant's Southeast Asian food is delicious! Grilled chicken wings, fried rice, a Caesar salad, and a dessert only came out to a little over 200 RMB, and you can even pay with Alipay!

I booked this hotel for a one-night layover because I had an early morning flight to Kuantan the next day. The hotel was quite comfortable; the room size was comparable to chain hotels back home. There's a pretty large swimming pool, and we enjoyed a nice swim there in the evening. We left early in the morning as it's very close to the airport. The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes and runs every two hours. We took the 5:20 PM shuttle, which departs from a white bus parked near (but not exactly at) Gate 3 on the ground floor of Terminal 1. You can look for it around that time. When checking in, just arrange your shuttle time for the next day with the hotel staff.

Service was excellent!! Even though I was there way before check in time.. they expedite hotel room readiness and even msg me once room is available... Walking distance to I-City mall..

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it. As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works). We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

This hotel is rather old and quiet. The marble design is nice but carpets all need refurbishing as many marks and old stains. Reception staff and cleaner are helpful and friendly. Effective and polite. Beds are nice to sleep in. Parking indoor is convenient with a car park lift but you need to walk about 80 feet indoor walk way from the carpark lift into the lobby /room lifts. For elderly people who can't walk well, it's not so convenient unless you drop them at the ground floor lobby first. Overall ok for a quiet stay. There's a beautiful huge mosque facing some hotel rooms. If you need a quiet sleep, you may opt for rooms without the mosque view. It's on the other side and it's really quiet. There is a small mall opposite of the hotel. A walking distance. Convenient with fast food and local brand clothes. If you are traveling for work or just a quiet stay, this place is suitable. If it's for more happenings around this area, you need to go Concorde KL.

Location: Unbeatable. It’s right inside the Gateway@klia2 mall (Level 2M). If you have an early flight or a long layover, this is the best choice. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Departure Hall. Room: I stayed in the Solo Plus Room for 6 hours. Even though it was compact and had no windows, it wajs incredibly clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The rainfall shower was a highlight—perfect for refreshing after a flight. Service: Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff understands that transit travelers are often tired and in a hurry.

Spacious room, great amenities. Does not have chance to test the breakfast buffet as was rushing with business occasions. Good to relax your mind as location is away from city business. Great choice!

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.
