"The hotel's cleanliness was acceptable; the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bed was clean, hygienic, and large. What I was dissatisfied with was that when the three of us checked in, wanting to drop off our luggage and then go out, they said they couldn't let three people stay; it had to be two. They also said they couldn't book another room right now. We tried booking another hotel, dropping off our luggage, and discussing where the other person would stay, but that wasn't allowed either. The owner kept watching us, preventing our friend from coming up; they wouldn't even let him in. I've stayed in many hotels in Seoul, and this was the first time I'd encountered such a situation. Is this a Jeonju regulation? After dropping off our luggage and leaving, we received a message from the owner via the app saying that adding one more person would cost an extra 20,000 won per night. Why didn't they say so earlier? It's such a hassle for such a small amount of money, making things awkward between friends. The app showed breakfast was included, but there wasn't any. The owner said they don't provide breakfast on rest days, so just write ”no breakfast”... What a speechless hotel. The surrounding area was very desolate at night; a girl couldn't walk around alone there. It's far from the city center. The only good thing was that it was clean. That's the only advantage."
