We stayed this hotel due to its “famous” breakfast. But tbh, it is only a “acceptable” to me. The place is crowded and easily to bang into each other. I think it famous is due to they get to eat crab and ikura unlimited on such a valuable price. But the ikura and crab is only soso to normal. They serve cheese and ham as well. Bed and pillow is so hard to sleep. Multi level parking lots is just right behind the after with 1500¥ per day.

Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

Very nice renovated room in double beds with nice view. Location is superb. Metro Susukino exit 4 with elevator therefore it is trouble free when I checked in with large luggages. Overall it’s beyond expectation stay.

Excellent access to the hotel, from basement and main road, with connecting door to Lawson as well from Cocono Susukino, it makes all within a good reach. Susukino itself is good location for someone who likes bustling city vibes, so many restaurants, and for those who take a day tour package, the bus usually will include Susukino as the pick up/drop off point as well, including the streetcar (tram). It's a walking distance to the famous old Ramen Alley, Mega Donki, many Daruma Jingisukan (Genghis Khan Lamb BBQ) & Suage (Curry Soup) branches around. This hotel is very modern, in terms of room size, it's the usual compact ala japan hotel style. No significant noise can be heard even though it's located smack in the middle of busy junction. Overall is a great choice for me, compare to other 2 hotels that I've tried as well (Nakajima area, Sapporo Station area), would definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Sapporo again in the future.

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

It’s my 2nd times stayed in this hotel, Very convenient location and just 5 mins walk to shopping malls & JR station. Room condition still new, Clean & tidy. Sure will stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nakajima Station, making it easy to explore Sapporo’s attractions. Nearby Nakajima Koen offers beautiful views. A highlight is the daily free shuttle service to and from Sapporo Station. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Rooms are spacious, complete with a two-seater sofa for added comfort.

Spent 5nights in this hotel and we loved it. Close to everything. If ever we will go back in Sapporo will surely book the same hotel. Will also recommend to friends. We traveled DIY and we didn’t had a hard time staying in this hotel. Few minutes walk from bus stop from and to airport. Very convenient.

By far the best hotel we have stayed in our first Hokkaido ski trip! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t compliment it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea Antonio (I hope I spelled the name right!) who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even helped us arrange a lovely dinner and a traditional tea ceremony, which added such a special touch to our trip. The hotel itself is stunning, especially during the Christmas season! They had an incredible display in the lobby — a real cookie house, which was so impressive. Andrea told us it was built by their in-house pastry chef, and I can’t even begin to describe the level of detail in it. Truly an amazing work of art, and huge credit goes to those talented hands behind it. Our room was fantastic — the highlight being the automatic blinds that you could control just by tapping our room card! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious bathtub. Though we didn’t get to use the tub (since we were enjoying the onsen), it was a nice touch. Speaking of the onsen, it was a real treat! We loved spending time there, though there was a small hiccup when the water ran out after 11pm. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would’ve been nice if it had been available for a little longer. Overall, the service was impeccable, the room was fantastic, and the onsen was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sapporo!

We stayed here for one night in the South Building, a Japanese style superior room. Overall, I would recommend this to someone who's wanting to experience all that Noboribetsu has to offer in one resort and doesn't mind some level of commercialisation at the expense of foregoing some Japanese Ryokan authenticity. This resort is staffed by a lot of foreigners, and they have clear signage and instructions in different languages for foreigners. Some complain of the rude service here but I think it's reciprocal - if you treat others with respect, you receive respect in return. They also took the opportunity to maximise profits by offering extras / additional experience at a cost, which is not necessarily a bad thing as you just decide if you want to pay extra or not for extra experience. The highlight was obviously the Grand Bath, which is massive. It was crowded when we stayed here but still manageable. Lots of options and magnificent view. We wanted Kaiseki style meals but as it was the New Year Eve, we had to settle for buffet meals for both dinner and breakfast. But they did make a mini Vegetarian set for us as we couldn't enjoy a lot of the dinner dishes. The futon was just so comfortable! We slept like babies throughout the night. Otherwise, the room itself was clean and spacious.

Special mention to staff (1) Morita and (2) Mark Faucett for helping us and accommodating to our needs. My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

Hotel is near the subway station. Got a free room upgrade and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Location was superb and facilities were adequate for the price. Outdoor onsen with great guest lounge on the 12F. Walking distance to all the major attractions ie. Morning Market, Red Brick House. Only drawback was pillow options runs out quickly, first come first serve & pillow served in the room is too soft. Maybe it’s a Japanese thing. Small issue & will definitely recommend!

The room is big and comfortably host 3 adults. We are pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and other kitchen equipment in the room. Not to mention the walk in closet. It’s a full service apartment than a hotel room. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions. However, the balcony with a fantastic sea view is to well worth the effort spent getting to the hotel. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering that it was a peak season (summer vacation period).

Convenient location. JR station across the street, drugstore just right next door & Hakodate morning market behind. Nice view from the room. And plus point for Conan movie fans as it’s the hotel where Conan & friends stayed in the latest movie!

The hotel is located just opposite the Hakodate JR station and bus station, very convenient to travel around at Hakodate. Necessary razors, comb, tea and ear buds can be collected from the lobby. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to 大和and 藤田. They helped us to fill up the form to send our luggage to Sapporo and contact Sapporo hotel. (Additional price needed for the 宅急便). This makes our journey easier to go around without carrying heavy luggage up and down the JR. The hotel breakfast is just additional 1200 Yen per person. It is very worth it to have our breakfast here.

very big room. Excellent location, near to JR station only 2mins walking distance! Hakodate train is near, only 5 minutes walking distance. Many outstanding restaurants are nearby, like Sushi Soup begirama, Flower see sushi. Highly recommend to choose this hotel although room cleansing services are provided once every three days

Last time I came to Hakodate, I stayed at the famous La Vista Hakodate Annex Hotel (not the one in Hakodate Bay). The experience was very good. However, because the itinerary was a bit rushed this time, I didn't book La Vista. I temporarily chose Century Marina, which has a good reputation. The location is right next to La Vista and is also in the Kanemori Warehouse Group. It takes about 7 minutes to get there from the JR station. Downstairs is the Hakodate Morning Market. The feature here is that guests can choose their favorite aromatherapy and pillows that they feel comfortable with before checking in. There are many choices of aromatherapy and pillows, each with a large row, and there is always one suitable for you. Aromatherapy can be placed next to the pillow to help sleep. La Vista is more famous for breakfast, and I didn't expect Century Marina to be quite good. The variety is very rich and the ingredients are top-notch. During the peak breakfast time, there will be a queue for calling numbers. Many Hakodate-limited ones must not be missed. Beer and champagne are provided, and coffee is from the local brand Meiling, which can be taken away when you leave. The open-air hot spring faces Mount Hakodate, and the scenery is not much different from La Vista. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. The outdoor one is of course not to be missed, but it will be closed if it rains, so be aware of this. Take an open-air bath while looking at Mt. Hakodate and the streets of Hakodate, and then have a spa after coming out, and the fatigue of the journey will disappear. By the way, the lotion here is particularly easy to use, a local brand, the lotion is very easy to spread, and has a good moisturizing effect. It is sold in the store downstairs for 2,300 yen. It is recommended not to miss it. I searched the entire network but couldn't find it.

Very near to JR Hakodate is walking distance. In winter be careful when you walk because sometimes walking on the ice slippery. We enjoy staying at Tokyu Stay, our bedroom facing Hakodate City Seikan Train Ferry Memorial Museum Mashū-maru. We also can see christmas tree at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse - Bay Hakodate from our bedroom.The hotelhave vending machine and ice at 17 floor. Enjoy creme brulle that bought at Hakodate station in the bedroom.

I personally feel this hotel is a good starting point especially if you love exploring by walking. From Hakodate Train Station, it is about a 5-10 min walk. Along the way, you'll find a number of food options (kaizen-don selection) at Hakodate Asaichi that is best for breakfast/lunch and also Lucky Pierrot (local restaurant burger chain with wide selection) across the street. There is also a Lawson's convenience store nearby. The hotel is within walking distance (＜5 min) from the Morning Market (where you can get all the preserved seafood for souvenirs) and also the must-try Uni Marumaki's (price range Y3500 and up for the recommended items). Further up, after about 20 minutes walking, is the Red Brick Warehouses (Lots of souvenir shopping and some of the more-branded food to try between meals - cakes, ice cream etc). The Hakodate Seafood Market is also around this area where fresh sashimi is available. I was surprised to find similarly priced oysters (Y900 for 2) here that's of better quality than at the Morning Market. I've concentrated so far on the plentiful food options nearby because the breakfast buffet had very, very limited options and limited seating (see last photo). The main option I could recall was a selection of onigiri with different flavours, some western-type food, and bread. I think it's fine because Hakodate is really a foodie's place so you should try eating outside the hotel (especially sashimi and kaizendon). The hotel itself is very clean and has all basic amenities that serve it's purpose.

Breakfast has very good selection but a lot of people, we ate seafood rice here and felt great! Parking overnight is 1000 yen only for hotel guest, it works for us. We did not move the car after we checked in. We walk to the foothill of the mountain, took that rope way to enjoy the night view of Hakodate. We walk around the area most of the time.

Hotel is conveniently located next to JR train station and above Aeon Mall for plenty of food choices. We actually came by car and parking is a flat 800Yen paid to reception and they will issue you a parking ticket which allows for multiple entries during your stay. Breakfast is basic, breakfast area is actually one of the restaurants in the mall.

The hotel is right at the Asahikawa Station. By car, it was not that obvious where to park but they do state exactly where to go and park on their website. We drove there and had to push our luggage to the hotel, as only buses are permitted to stop at the front of the hotel entrance. This ended up taking around 5 minutes from alighting the car to ending up at the lobby. Check-in was fast and there's a small play area for children with various toys that you can utilize for your children. The hotel offers free instant coffee and hot water that's readily available 24/7; you can find it at the lobby on the far side, opposite to the elevators. The room itself was on the larger side for this price range and though short, I thoroughly enjoyed my entire time at the hotel. The couch was large and comfortable and allowed for easy management of our things while we were packing. The bathroom was a standard Japanese size but comfortable enough. There are vending machines on every floor I believe, which don't upsell drinks, which is a nice touch. The public bath on the top floor was pretty great according to my wife, as I did not partake. Would highly recommend this hotel for anybody and everybody due to the great location; just make sure you look at their access instructions on their website beforehand!

This hotel is excellent! It’s located very close to Aeon and the station, making it super convenient. The spacious common lounge is a great spot to relax, and they offer a special welcome drink in the afternoon. The breakfast here is outstanding – both in quality and taste, it’s truly exceptional. What I didn’t like is that the sink is oddly placed at the foot of the bed, which feels a bit awkward.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it’s bery near the station. However I think the breakfast is so so and the onsen facilities is ok only. Not really bad, just prefer some things are better.. The room window view was not really interesting as it was facing the parking building.

It's a 5-minute walk from Asahikawa Station. It's very convenient to the station and AEON. The breakfast is very good. It's on the top floor of the hotel. Aoba and Huotou Mountain are a 5-minute walk away.

I recently stayed at in this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. I will recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Managed to get to the hotel at 10:30 and grabbed some free ramen. Enjoyed some nice time in the onsen and had ice cream after. Had some yoghurt in the morning before leaving. My favourite hotel.

The location is within 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The overall experience is good. There are hot springs to soak in, a drink bar in the evening, popsicles to enjoy, and coffee all day long. There are also a variety of breakfast options, and there is a small children's playroom. Overall 4 nights were very enjoyable.

Spacious room, children went on the tatami sleeping on the futon. Lots of storage space too and plenty of amenities. Free coffee in lobby was nice and fresh from beans. We rang reception at 130am as next room guests were too loud and they resolved it. Close to JR train and bus station. Happy to recommend. Hotel tried their best to help make our stay comfortable.
