Food: The food was excellent, with a great variety of local dishes to sample. View: Our room overlooked a graveyard, so there wasn't much of a scenic view. "The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was also really good. The buffet had quite a wide selection and all of the food i tried was great. The staff also provided new bath towels and yukatas each evening, their service was amazing. Our one major issue with the place was the cleanliness of the bath area. The rest of the room was super clean and tidy but the onsen area really needed a good scrub. There was mildew covering the walls of the shower area(which honestly wasn’t such a big issue). The real nightmare was the tub area and the tub itself. The floors surrounding the tub were slippery and slimy and covered with algae. The rim and bottom(inside) of the tub were also slimy. It was suppose to be a relaxing soak in the tub but it ended up being very uncomfortable having to avoid the slime all the time :( Other than that the place is great, it was just really disappointing as the “main highlight” of our room, which was the onsen, ended up being the worst part of the room."

Greatest indulgence. 30 different baths! A hotel with smiles and hot spring gushing out.

"The Japanese hot spring hotel is a real inner roll. The hotel has a special car to pick up and drop off from the station. The decoration is very good. The entertainment facilities are also OK. The price is really cheap (maybe off-season). It seems to be all Japanese in the past, or the mountain here is a little bit."

Explore Japan deeper. Discover Namie—a real town rebuilding from zero. Here, quiet streets and the vibrant energy of recovery exist side by side. Far from the usual tourist routes, your own journey to discover the authentic Japan begins. After a day of traveling through the unique space between memory and reconstruction, let nature take over. The timeless sunset sinking behind the Abukuma Mountains—viewed directly from our hotel—will gently heal the fatigue of your journey. ”HOTEL THE NAMIE TERRACE” is here to make your stay in Namie a special and meaningful experience. At night, refresh your spirit even further at our Music Bar “OTONAKAZE”!

"I was a bit worried after seeing some of the older reviews, but apparently, the operating company changed in May this year. My impression after staying there was that it felt like a relaxed, ordinary business hotel where you could have some privacy, especially when compared to the newer hotels in Futaba. Regarding my concerns about cleanliness and odors, I had no complaints; the hotel was generally clean. As for sightseeing, there are quite a few spots in Namie that you can't cover in a single day, like the coast near Ukedo Elementary School, which still shows scars from the earthquake, or the samurai residences on the mountain side. So, as a base camp for my trip, it was quite convenient. It seems they're opening a music bar in the restaurant, as I could hear music from the speakers."

Located in the highlands, this resort hotel overlooks the city of Fukushima. Enjoy the beautiful view of the city, especially in the night time, and relax in 100% natural hot springs. null

"The hotel is located at the highland so the view looking down to the Fukushima city is amazing, esp during the night time. The staff service is very caring too. Every staff always has a smiley face. The room we reserved is a bit dated. However all other facilities in the hotel are very clean, neat l, well decorated and pretty new too. The Onsen areas are clean and modern too. The food is surprisingly tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay."

Fukinoyu is a traditional ryokan. They even wrote your name at the entrance and were waiting to welcome you by the entrance. The onsen was amazing! Left my skin soft and supple. The staff were so passionate about their job. Everyone was friendly and accommodating even though they don't speak English. I had a great time and would come back again! The warm hospitality and onsen is the highlight of the stay.

This was definitely one of my best experiences in a hotel. Really really helpful and friendly staff! You have enough space in your room, new towels everyday and an onsen to perfectly relax in the evening. You can also sim race or hang out in the lobby with different activities to do. I can only recommend this place and will always stay here if I come to Ebisu Circuit again.
