"The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay. However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again. Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread."

The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration."
