"The view was very bad, which made me pay extra fees to change. I expected it to be better than it was. It wasn't a bad experience. Next time, I hope the booking details match the actual experience. "We had another wonderful stay at Mason Pine, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel whenever we want a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. 🙏🏼 We took the Whoosh from Jakarta, and Mason Pine’s free shuttle service picked us up directly from the station and took us to the hotel in only around 15 minutes. The return transfer was just as smooth and convenient. One of the things we love most about Mason Pine is how many family-friendly facilities they have, and they’re not just for show—they’re all active and enjoyable for the kids. The swimming pool is HUGE, and the kids’ pool is also incredibly spacious, complete with a fun slide that the kids absolutely loved! The food selection was varied and delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was spot on. Every staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciate the convenience of the location. There are several cafés and a supermarket just across the street, so sometimes we’d order GoFood, grab some drinks, or simply enjoy coffee and snacks at one of the cafés across from the hotel. It makes the whole stay feel very comfortable and easy, especially when traveling with family. A special thank you to Mas Nova, who took care of our transfer back to the Whoosh. We unexpectedly had to change our return ticket to an earlier time, but the team was incredibly accommodating. We were still taken to the station immediately after check-out without having to wait around or deal with any hassle. Everything was handled so smoothly! Thank you so much, Mas Nova, and to all the wonderful staff at Mason Pine for always taking such great care of us. Mason Pine is definitely our family’s go-to hotel. We always feel comfortable here, and we’ll definitely be back again! 🙏🏼"

"The heated pool was great, but many facilities and activities weren't available yet. The restaurant was good, I recommend it."

"For the price of 1 million and above with less varied food facilities and no swimming pool, I think it's not worth it. There is no lobby but check in is fast. The car park is on the empty land across the street so it's a bit difficult to drop off your belongings."

"Staying at Hotel Trans Cibubur was definitely one of the best decisions we made! It’s very family friendly, with great service and a really nice swimming pool. A special shout-out to the hotel staff, especially Mr. Nanda and Ms. Intan, for their excellent service at the pool. They were very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the facilities and promotions available. We really appreciated their warm and welcoming hospitality! We’ll definitely come back again for more quality family time and another staycation. Hopefully, there will be more great promotions to enjoy next time! 😊"
