"Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted."

"This is a complex of buildings on one street, united by one management company under different star ratings. We were settled in two stars. The administration took care of the guests, and installed air conditioners in each room. What the guests used to write about the heat in the summer is not relevant now. The room for two is big. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Microwave, the necessary set of dishes and pans, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, and other necessary trimmings, up to the roller, everything is perfectly clean. Bed large, and bed linen clean. Towels change for certain days of the week. The garbage needs to be sorted, and it is delivered by the maid every day. About the cleaning of the room I will not say, I have not waste, the room for 4 days was clean. The bathroom with a shower cabin. There is even a dryer for underwear. The windows went out to the inner courtyard where the pool (works from 8 to 21 hours). The noise is bad, any movements of guests are heard from the corridor, and in the guest rules, the request is not to noise after 22 hours.
Now about the shortcomings:
The shower leak does not hold, the holder is bloated.
The air conditioner in the 21 room is set unsuccessfully, blows right in the side when you sleep, you had to put two chairs and hang a towel on them, so that it would not be overnight. (Administration, think over the reshuffle in the room).
And so worthy of a walk in a walk from the lake and the historical center, and the delicious restaurant nearby."

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! Anonymous UserThe old man at the check-in desk had a mediocre attitude and was always sullen! He was also very stubborn. He had to fill in all the information, including the zip code, home address, and room number. It was particularly annoying! He also asked everyone to report their points one by one, as if he was afraid that there would be more people checking in! The efficiency was very slow! It was inconvenient to not have slippers and not fill the toiletries in time.
