บรรยากาศดีวิวรอบข้างสวยงาม (เพียงแต่เสียดายฉันไปในตอนกลางคืนและฝนตก) การจัดการในโรงแรมด้านออแกร์ไนน์ดูหรู เหมาะสมกับราคาห้องพักและการบริการดีพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก ถ้าได้ไปในช่วงหน้าร้อนคงสวยหน้าดู ฉันจะรอถึงฤดูร้อนแล้วจะไปพักใหม่อีกรอบ

We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay .

Awesome hotel with a english breakfast. The rooms are quiet, and you can open the windows if you wish. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive team that really took care of us. and the spa is great

Excellent location, only 6 minutes from Gatwick. On bus route. Accommodation is ideal for an overnight stay. Comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities 5 minute walk to Horley town where you can find lots of shops, food outlets etc.. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend, will return if flying from Gatwick again.

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the atmosphere here. The shuttle bus to and from the airport costs 8 pounds, and it runs every 15 minutes, which is super convenient. The only downside is that there aren't any other restaurants around.
