I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure.
The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.
Good service attitude, with spa and gym to relax, the room is very clean and quiet, there will be no sound from the next door, breakfast is simple and delicious
Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!
Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.
A newer apartment without kitchen and with free parking (10 Euros). For Spanish conditions, probably a fine area. Unfortunately, nothing is lost in the neighborhood and beautiful views were not there. It was too expensive for me to count the necessary parking place. It was quiet for a few guests. A microwave shell would certainly be useful here to prepare a little bit.
5 stars in Santander, the most prestigious hotel, not so modern, but if you know the history of its creation, you will come back again and again. It was built for the royal court when the royal family came to Magdalene Palace, which is at the bottom of the sea on the peninsula. Since then it is a place to gather all the nobles. Everything is measured and steadily, the public with money and age. Breakfasts are some of the best, especially if covered in the air, but it is like weather luck. The only minus is tired furniture, but I still have my charms here. There is an opportunity, take with the view of the sea (gulf). In the morning with the sunrise the view is incredible. To the center 15 minutes down the city, on the sea 20-25 on foot. Parking is own.
Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise.
The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee.
The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very basic and functional but feels tired overall. The room was clean on the surface, but the floor was dusty; I knelt down to unpack on arrival and my trousers picked up a lot of visible dirt, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. The lighting throughout the room is very bright white, which makes it hard to relax in the evenings. There are no softer or warmer lighting options. Amenities are minimal. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray, which would normally be expected by international travellers. The furniture and fittings feel dated, and while everything worked, the room lacked comfort. The bathroom was clean but very utilitarian, and the overall impression is of an older hotel that hasn’t been fully refreshed. Acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or relaxation.

GGuest UserThis was a wonderful hotel! It was very clean and the location was amazing. It’s literally on the beach and it’s such a clean and popular beach. The restaurant served limited food but what we ordered was delicious. The breakfast was good but the lady that was working at breakfast was very abrupt and made you feel uncomfortable. I would also prefer a kettle in my room but of course I understand it takes you to the restaurant. The shower was strange as it didn’t have a door or curtain and no option of having the shower hooked up so you had to hold it. The weather was on the cool side and didn’t rise above 24 degrees but it was warm at times I’m at night so I would assume it could get uncomfortable in heights of summer.

MMan WahThe hotel is located near the city center and it takes about 13 minutes to reach the seaside, which is very convenient. The hotel has unique design and novel appearance. It is located in a residential area and the surrounding environment is not impressive. It is far away from the beach area, but there are public buses to get there, but the fare is more expensive. One trip is already 1.3 euros. Santander taxi is even more expensive, at least 25 euros from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast food at the hotel is of good quality and highly recommended. I stayed for 2 days and went to the city center to visit the beach every day and had seafood lunch and dinner. It was very comfortable and convenient.
GGuest UserJust the most beautiful hotel in the most outstanding location. The views were breathtaking. Alex and Rocio were so welcoming and warm. Rocio made us a vegan cake and Alex went out of his way to buy veggie burgers for us when we found out we were vegetarians. I would 100% recommend this magical place. About a 20 minute drive to Potes, the historical, Muy bonito town.
GGuest UserHotel with a modern structure and clean and well-kept rooms. Very good and varied breakfast. The hotel is located 2 km from the center of Santander (perhaps a little far to reach on foot) but there are taxis that are very accessible.
BBYOUNG SUAlthough it is at the end of the seaside, the room is comfortable and the parking is convenient, especially the restaurant inside the hotel is very good. Recommended as a family travel hotel!
