"I came to spend my vacation time. The hotel has an excellent location and is very beautiful. The staff are very good and treat me kindly. The only thing I did not like was the food. For the price of the all exclusive, I expected the food to be much better. The breakfast is very delicious, but for lunch there are only a few choices and you cannot choose. Whatever you want and how much you want. There are things that you must pay for. Dinner is an open buffet. I did not like it personally, but the hotel in general is wonderful and I will definitely return to it."

"I wanted to give this hotel a higher score as the location, room and bathroom was lovely, however, the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, I could hear the family next door when they were just having normal conversations. Luckily it wasn’t a busy period so I can’t imagine what it’ll be like if you had neighbours on either side.
I also found out that if you managed to bag a good deal with trip.com, the service/amenities are slightly different. We did not receive slippers or bathrobes in the room but were able to retrieve these from the spa, just something for people to know."

Room is not spacious, but has almost all you need in (air conditioning, tea pot, safe box, fan, balcony), clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast is ok, but has no coffee machine and juices is not good. Has an outdoor pool, not heated. Sunbeds provided for free. "The hotel is located by the sea and has its own exclusive beach. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not possible to swim in winter. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof."

WWoudenI enjoyed my stay here. Main convenience is the airport bus stop within walking distance. Room was as described and very clean. Great for a quite stay with a more secluded area of the sea and quick access to the Salt Lake reserve.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant is open throughout the day for some of the best food in Larnaca.
Sadly, the one draw back is the distance from the Larnaca’s city center, restaurants, promenade, and nightlife. Taxis are rarely down this area and so should be requested with the reception’s help. (The option is the public bus, but the bus schedule is limiting)
As for amenities, the one inconvenience was a lack of self-operated laundry amenities. Refer to note above. The closest laundromat is in the city center.

MM.N.ButtLovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character.
My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime.
This small hotel met my requirements.
Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily.
Large comfortable bed with clean sheets.
Stocked minibar.
Free drinking water not provided.
Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition.
Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully.
Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater.
Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant.
Thank you!

GGuest UserExcellent, modern hotel.
Good pools, good beach (a strip of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca.
A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality.
We had a room with a sea view and it was a good choice. Other rooms may have a building site view ;-)
Negatives:
Mosquitos !!! There are mosquitos, even in November and we were punished for desire to sleep with open window listening to the sea.
Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos.
The key card stopped working at 11.30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12.00 is the check-out time. My wife was inside otherwise I would need to run 100 meters to reception to get my bags to the car.
No taverna or restaurant in walking distance. The neighbourhood pretty rough and not attractive.

AASLAMWASIMGreat stay at this family-run hotel!
The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal.
The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all.
Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom.
Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
