The place was a nice get away vacation for us and we enjoyed our trip! It has an additional desk called Selvatours with optional tours that are mostly worthwhile. Unfortunately, however, we had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of them during Semana Santa (when our reservation was booked) to find out how to schedule everything and get there by boat (we had to show up and figure everything out ourselves manually), so I think the service piece can be improved upon. Also, the trip.com website needs to get in touch with them to get the phone number(s) correct because the current one does not work. Overall we still enjoyed it.
