"Five stars, definitely five stars! The view from this hotel is absolutely unbeatable. Open the window and you're right by Qinghai Lake, watching the water change colors in layers – you could spend ages just lying in bed and looking out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was super cozy. I especially recommend the ******* medicinal bath. After soaking last night, I felt completely relaxed, all the fatigue from driving was gone. I just crashed in my room and slept incredibly deeply. But therein lies the problem: I had specifically set an alarm to wake up and watch the sunrise over the lake, but I slept straight through until morning, completely oblivious to the alarm. When I woke up and drew back the curtains, the sun was already high in the sky. So there's only one flaw: the ******* medicinal bath is so comfortable it makes you miss the sunrise. For those who want to see the sunrise, I suggest setting multiple alarms after your bath, or simply staying two nights. I'm already thinking about coming back to catch the sunrise I missed this time."

"My stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts a prime location, and my high-floor room offered a truly fantastic view. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a breathtaking panoramic city view, allowing me to take in the cityscape during the day and enjoy the captivating ambiance of the city lights at night. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given Xining's dry climate. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and with the Wanda commercial area right downstairs, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xining."

The indoor facilities are complete, and the hardware is well-maintained. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip and was captivated by its setting from the first sight. Upon arrival, the experience far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains surrounding Jianzha County. The view from your room feels like you're stepping into a Windows background. Opening the door, you'll be greeted by vast, rolling grasslands, dotted with herders' homes. Every morning, a herd of yaks leisurely ”visits” the hotel, foraging on the grass. Besides the yaks, you can also spot eagles soaring through the windows. While enjoying breakfast, I was even lucky enough to witness this nationally protected species strolling through the hotel grounds. At night, ascending to the rooftop, the starry sky feels almost within reach; it's said that on new moon nights, the Milky Way can be clearly seen stretching across the sky with the naked eye. The nearby Kanbula Forest Park is a treasure trove of wonders. The awe-inspiring experience is beyond words, like stepping into Middle-earth from ”The Lord of the Rings.” The hotel's service is equally astonishing. Aside from the owner, the staff are mostly friendly ******* men and women. From the moment we arrived, they enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. During our stay, they were incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to meet our every need, sharing any special sights they discovered. The entire hotel exudes a customer-centric, attentive atmosphere and a warm, personal touch. A special mention must go to the front desk attendant, Leng Ben, who was not only welcoming and attentive, but also meticulously prepared drinks for us when we requested to use the bar, chatted with us about local culture and interesting stories, and even worked late into the morning without complaint. The only caveat is that the mountain road can be quite bumpy, so novice drivers should exercise caution. In short, for anyone with a confident driving aptitude, this hotel is highly recommended! If your travel route takes you nearby, it's a no-brainer! The hotel itself and the stunning surrounding scenery are worth a dedicated trip."

"Loved the laundry room. You are able to check the availability of the dryer or washing machine from your room via the tv. And also washing/drying time of your load. The staff comes in often to check the machines and unloads the completed washing. The buffet breakfast spread was impressive and I loved the coffee machine there! Staff were friendly and attentive to your queries and needs. Overall I will come back to this hotel if I visit xining again"

"Opted for the old-school Qinghai Hotel for our Xining trip, and it was a really comfortable stay for our family trip. 👍 Definitely lives up to its old five-star reputation; the service was genuinely excellent. Staff proactively opened doors and helped with luggage upon arrival and departure, and luggage storage was very convenient. They were also very considerate towards seniors and children. Attention to detail was impressive, they even provided a children's toothbrush in the room. I stayed on the 19th floor, and the city night view was particularly beautiful. The breakfast spread was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, ensuring everyone in the family found something they liked. 🥰 The location was also a plus; it was easy to get a taxi right outside, making travel to attractions like Ta'er Monastery hassle-free. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The room hygiene was top-notch, which made for a reassuring stay."

"Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The rooms come standard with humidifiers, perfect for the dry高原 climate. There's 24-hour laundry (washer and dryer in one). Breakfast includes yak yogurt and ga mian pian (local noodles). It's super convenient for visiting Ta'er Monastery and Qinghai Lake. Located on a main thoroughfare in Chengdong District, parking is free and ample. Upon check-in, they offer hot ginger tea to help with altitude sickness. The bedding is soft and the soundproofing is excellent. It's a top choice for a rest stop on a road trip."
