The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Pingjiang Road, making shopping incredibly convenient. The facilities are brand new and highly intelligent; there's no need for traditional key cards as you can simply use facial recognition to open your door, which saves a lot of hassle. The room also features voice control, and the screen mirroring is very convenient with high clarity and great sound for watching movies. The staff are warm and attentive, truly commendable. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, so I highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend! This is the best value for money hotel in Wuxi! This used to be the Grand Hyatt, rebranded last year. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The high-floor views are expansive, and it's located in the heart of the city's central business district, with excellent dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The overall experience was superb. From check-in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The butler followed up on our needs throughout our stay, proactively asking if we needed assistance – very professional and meticulous, making the experience top-notch. The hotel proactively upgraded the twin room we booked for my parents to a high-floor room on the 62nd floor for free, offering even better views and a more comfortable stay. This thoughtful upgrade was truly heartwarming. We stayed in the Candy House themed bunk bed room, and my child absolutely loved it the moment we walked in. After visiting several cities on this trip, my child directly rated this as their favorite place overall, saying they loved Wuxi the most. This high praise from a child truly reflects the hotel's dedication. The only minor drawback was the parking experience: upon arrival, there were very few signs, and almost no hotel-specific signage in the parking lot, making it difficult to find our way. Also, the third basement level had an unpleasant smell, while the second basement level was fine. This was a slight inconvenience. The hotel's proactive upgrade, the attentive service throughout, the excellent environment, and the comprehensive surrounding amenities, plus the kid-favorite themed room, made this stay a perfect 10. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip, this is an excellent choice in Wuxi. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi!

Location: This hotel is a landmark in Xuzhou, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Confucius Temple and Pengcheng No. 1, and also close to the 1818 Night Market. You can even see these attractions from the hotel rooms. Getting to the subway station across the street requires a bit of a walk around to the traffic light, so we mostly took taxis, though you can also walk to Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo, exploring all the way to the museum and Yunlong Mountain. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. Cleanliness: Tidy. Service: I was initially worried that the front desk being on the 42nd floor would be inconvenient, but there's a dedicated elevator to go up, so it didn't feel like an issue at all.

The hotel's location is excellent and easily accessible. The room offers a stunning view, and the bedding is very comfortable. The service is meticulous and attentive; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is incredibly polite, humble, and enthusiastic. They are always ready to help with any request. It was a delightful experience and highly recommended!

Kind people that are willing to help out and whatever I needed they went out of their way to help me. Though the stay was shorter it was clean, nice, and quite great especially considering the price. Late checkout was very nice (2pm) as well as the shuttle. The breakfast buffet was very nice too! Also i don’t know much Chinese but I wanted to try ordering via ******* - their automatic robot delivered the food to me, which was a nice, convenient touch. Thank you! I can’t wait to visit again ☺️

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, with a fantastic Texas BBQ restaurant just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing — very limited selection and overpriced. For much less, you can find an excellent Chinese breakfast nearby.

A beautiful addition to Nantong. Stylishly decorated throughout with an overall feeling of space, the hotel impresses from the first. The lobby is huge, and staff are excellent and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and amenities emerge excellent with a standalone bath, monsoon shower, and a really amazing view from the comfortable bed! Breakfast is about as good as it gets with a huge range of food for any palate. If you’d like a touch of luxury while staying in Nantong, this is it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. They personally escorted me to my room and thoroughly explained all the amenities. This was my first time encountering a facial recognition entry system instead of a key card – I felt a bit out of touch! The room itself, while not large, was spotless and looked exactly like the photos on Trip.com. They provided a full tea set and plenty of drinking water, and the towels were neatly folded and felt quite luxurious. The 100-inch projector in the room was a huge bonus; it was super chill to relax on the sofa and watch movies. Plus, the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary! The public area has a free laundry room and a microwave, showing great attention to detail. This place is definitely a must-book for students or friends traveling together!

For those driving, the hotel offers a spacious underground parking lot, ensuring parking is completely hassle-free. 🏨 **Environment and Rooms:** Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by its modern and grand design, with soft lighting creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were warm, professional, and quickly got me settled into my room. My room was on a higher floor, and as soon as I opened the door, I was impressed by its spacious and bright interior. The panoramic window design is fantastic; the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and the bustling nightscape of Zhangjiagang. The bedding was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and was stocked with premium toiletries, showcasing attention to detail and quality. The breakfast buffet, served at Zhenchu Restaurant on the 39th floor, offered an incredibly diverse spread, with both Western and Chinese dishes to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed their freshly-made noodles; the rich broth and springy noodles, complemented by a variety of fresh toppings, made for a truly satisfying start to the day. The fresh, seasonal fruits were also a highlight, wonderfully sweet and refreshing. For lunch and dinner, I tried Yunwei, the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Its elegant ambiance, imbued with Jiangnan charm, perfectly complemented the exquisite and delicious dishes. The menu beautifully blended Huaiyang cuisine with local Zhangjiagang specialties, making every dish memorable. Oh, and the Executive Lounge on the 36th floor is also exceptional. The afternoon tea offered delicate and delicious pastries that were perfectly sweet without being cloying. Happy Hour featured a generous selection of hot dishes and snacks, including freshly carved Peking duck, which the staff thoughtfully rolled and delivered to our table. Paired with expertly mixed cocktails, it was an absolutely superb dining experience! 🏊 **Facilities and Services:** The hotel's fitness center and indoor heated pool are both located on the 4th floor. The fitness center is well-equipped and open 24 hours, perfect for my workout schedule. The indoor heated pool had clean, crystal-clear water, and after a swim, I could relax in the adjacent massage pool – pure bliss! The hotel's service also left a lasting impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt in their responses. On one occasion, I needed extra towels, and they were delivered to my room within minutes of my call to room service. Additionally, the hotel provides a business center with well-equipped meeting rooms, making it ideal for business travelers. My stay at the Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel was excellent, whether for business or a family vacation. While the price might not be considered low, the hotel offers great value for money given its brand reputation, exceptional service, and comfortable environment. For Marriott Bonvoy members, the perks like room upgrades and late check-out make it even more worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
