"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that? Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free. Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch. Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

"Traveling with friends, we booked the Novotel Central Avenue Sophia Church store. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby is on the sixth floor for check-in, and the rooms are on floors 16-22. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a direct view of the cathedral, which was a pleasant surprise; the high-altitude panoramic view is spectacular.
