"Facilities: The room layout was pretty good, and the interior was clean. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very plentiful and good value for money at 48 yuan per person, which isn't expensive at all.
However, the window in our 7th-floor room, while a bright window, had a horizontal partition outside, blocking the view. The outdoor platform also wasn't aesthetically pleasing, with leftover construction debris and cobwebs.
Make sure to choose a room close to the elevator. There's only one elevator on the entire floor.
They were responsive to requests for anything we needed, so why didn't I give a full five stars for service? Because I booked a room for my companion that was listed as 30 sq.m. on the order, but was actually only 29 sq.m. This wasn't something we measured; the front desk staff confirmed the size of room 766. The hotel was argumentative about it, refused to admit fault, and offered no compensation. This was unsatisfactory. Although Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue, it left a bad impression. It felt like they were short-changing us."

"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. "I stayed for three nights, and the environment was exceptionally good. I was given a separate, south-facing room which was incredibly quiet. I spent the whole second day relaxing at the hotel, and it was very comfortable. I especially want to praise the hotel's pillows – such a thoughtful detail! They have different heights, which was perfect for me as someone who prefers a lower pillow. 100 points! Since my high-speed train was at 6 PM, the front desk also kindly allowed a late checkout until 2 PM. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie were very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend! 👍🏻"

"The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The doorman and butler service were excellent, very warm and attentive. The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍"

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

It truly felt like a 'princess treatment' where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The concierge was also exceptionally warm and meticulous. Noticing we had a child, she proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Concerned that the children's slippers might be too small, she thoughtfully provided an extra pair of adult slippers as well – the attention to detail was outstanding. The restaurant experience was excellent, with an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The menu saw small updates daily, so eating there for multiple days never felt repetitive. They even included a beautifully decorated latte art yogurt, which was not only adorable but also delicious.

The hotel has a European-inspired style with many vintage items, making it perfect for photos. Every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations – fantastic! 🌹🌹🌹

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

Guest UserEverything was perfect! The hotel is in a great location just next to the pedestrian street with many shops and street shows. The staff was amazing and happy to answer questions and help. The furniture in the room was new, very clean; the only thing was missing was a room fridge, so if it’s important to you, choose a different place to stay. Overall, great stay and we’re happy to come back!

Upon entering, you're greeted by staff dressed in elegant period costumes, who are beautiful, dignified, and incredibly welcoming. Inside, you'll find a century-old elevator still in operation, a lavish lobby, and a wide selection of imperial costumes available for photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a stunning, bright, and elegant domed hall, and the Baroque-style rooms are exquisitely luxurious. The blend of ancient architecture with modern smart toilets enhances your stay perfectly. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, and the minibar is stocked with Madieer ice cream and Kvass for you to enjoy. If it's your birthday, the kitchen prepares a beautiful cake to celebrate, and the restaurant even offers complimentary birthday noodles. A big thank you to everyone there! Every staff member in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and deserves high praise. Upon check-out, they even provided a parting gift (as shown in picture 1). The hotel's location is exceptional; a right turn outside leads directly to Central Street, and a left turn brings you to the Red Brick Morning Market in just a few minutes. In short, if I ever return to Harbin, I would choose this hotel again.

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.
