Great location, but the hotel itself is a bit dated. The facilities aren't as new as some other hotels. However, the service is absolutely top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and kind to my kids. We even received a welcome gift upon check-in – some delicious small cookies from Macau's famous Koi Kei Bakery, which my children loved. The 6th-floor indoor heated pool is a nice bonus, though the changing rooms were a bit messy. Not a big deal since we could just go back to our room to change. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so no need to stick to the hotel breakfast. The dim sum at the 55th-floor restaurant is excellent. While it's a bit far from the popular internet-famous spots, the surrounding area is perfect for a leisurely stroll, with lots of charming little shops and cafes for afternoon tea. It has a chic, boutique vibe. Five-star recommendation!

Good overall, and very convenient as it's close to the border crossing. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, and there are very few power outlets, which was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, it has the standard amenities you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Hygiene: Generally, the hygiene was good, but the bottom of the shower curtain had some mold. For a five-star hotel, shower curtains should really be disinfected and cleaned after each use. Ambiance: The environment is great, close to the border crossing, quiet and peaceful. Service: The service was very good.

We booked the Balala the Fairies themed room for two adults and two children, reserving it a few days in advance through Trip.com without breakfast. The room rate was 808 yuan, which was pretty good. The room was clean and tidy. We called for room service twice to get water, and it was complimentary both times. We were also able to push the twin beds together and received two extra duvets, a child's toothbrush, slippers, and bathrobe, all free of charge. The swimming pool was practically empty, which was incredibly relaxing. We bought the buffet dinner on Dazhong Dianping for 560 yuan for two people, and children under 1.2 meters ate free. The New Zealand oysters were very fresh! It was a really comfortable trip! The only minor downsides were that the kids' play area is only open during winter and summer holidays, and we didn't get a 'wife cake' (lobak go) when we checked out. However, if I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place!

This is my third consecutive year running the Jiangmen Marathon, and my third consecutive year staying at this hotel. It's incredibly close to the starting line; you can practically check in right at the hotel entrance. The service is exceptional, even the cleaning staff are incredibly polite. The buffet dinner was fantastic, and they even offered breakfast before 6 AM on race day. For us marathon runners, this is an absolutely perfect experience and definitely the best choice for the Jiangmen Marathon!

The hotel is located by the Han River, offering lovely river views. Our room was on a high floor with an expansive view. There are many attractions nearby; Guangji Bridge is within walking distance, and it's easy to catch a taxi to Paifang Street, just a few minutes away. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful when they learned our car had a flat tire. They assisted us in finding a reliable repair shop that came to us, allowing us to continue our journey smoothly. We're very grateful for their help! 🙏🙏

Came to Foshan to buy furniture and stayed at the Sofitel Foshan for the first time. The experience was consistently excellent! Nicole at the lobby was incredibly thoughtful, always greeting me warmly and even proactively helping me plan my route to the furniture markets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft, cozy bedding for a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The service was meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. This will be my top choice next time I visit Foshan!

The biggest surprise was the hotel's self-service laundry room. The equipment was clean and easy to use, and it even had a dryer function! This is incredibly practical for long-term travelers – you can wash and wear your clothes right away, solving a huge problem for those on the go. Truly amazing! The hotel's overall environment was clean and quiet, and it offered great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling with family or solo. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It's connected to a mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. Right across the street is the famous Dim Sum restaurant, Dian Du De. A staff member kindly upgraded our room, and the view was stunning. My child absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The service was also excellent; they even helped us send out a SF Express package, which was a huge relief.

Excellent location and close proximity to metro 燕南站. Services rendered by Susan and Mia was professional and perfect. House keeping ensure rooms are well cleaned and daily drinks are replenished. This hotel has the embrace 3P strategy, People, Process and Physical evidence very well. (eg, their towels are dated to keep track of wear and tear condition)
