⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

This was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I stayed at the ECharm Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Ximenkou Metro Station Branch) for two nights during my trip to Guangzhou, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. Here's my honest review. First, let's talk about the location: It's just a two to three-minute walk from Exit A of Ximenkou Metro Station, which is super convenient when you have luggage – no need to go out of your way. Getting to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is also easy; it's just one metro stop away, or a pleasant walk if you prefer. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of *changfen* (rice noodle roll) shops and time-honored restaurants. The front desk even enthusiastically recommended a few places that locals frequent, and they were indeed excellent. It's also convenient to go to Tao Tao Ju and Guangzhou Restaurant for morning tea nearby. The room experience exceeded my expectations. I booked a smart room, and being able to control the curtains and lights by voice was a lifesaver, especially not having to get out of bed to turn off the lights. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the duvet was clean and soft. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. Service was also very thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and proactive, even helping us carry our luggage to the room upon check-in. On our check-out day, our high-speed train was in the afternoon, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they readily granted us a free late check-out. This meant we could even go back to the room for a rest before leaving. There's a self-service laundry room on the ground floor, which is perfect for people like us who don't like to accumulate a pile of dirty clothes when traveling. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍 Right as we checked in, we caught an interactive performance, which my kids absolutely loved and even got stickers from. The front desk lady who handled our check-in was incredibly nice. I mentioned wanting a high floor, and she suggested upgrading our room if we booked a buffet dinner, which was a wonderful surprise! She arranged for us to be on the 19th floor, directly facing the fireworks – I can't thank her enough! I forgot to ask her name, but she was beautiful and kind 🌹🌹🌹. She also recommended the WeChat concierge service, which was also excellent! 👍👍👍 The concierge was very thorough, informing us of all the important details, hotel operations, and park opening hours. They even offered us a complimentary drink, which we forgot to claim, but the gesture was much appreciated. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The overall experience was excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a deep soaking tub, and a rain shower with a soft, consistent flow. The toiletries were from a renowned fragrance brand, exuding an elegant scent. The room also came equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar, while the desk offered both USB and wireless charging. The public areas were equally impressive: the 24-hour gym was fully equipped with towels and mineral water, the heated swimming pool was always crystal clear, and the executive lounge offered a superb view, making it an excellent spot for business meetings or quiet reading. The service provided by Eden and Mina was exemplary. My preference for a high floor, noted during booking, was not only met but I was also upgraded to a scenic corner room. During check-in, the front desk staff presented the room key with both hands and patiently explained the restaurant opening hours. The bellboy escorted me to my room and even adjusted the air conditioning. Throughout my stay, whether in the hallway or restaurant, every staff member would stop, smile, and greet me. The turndown service not only drew the curtains and prepared slippers but also left a handwritten weather forecast and a calming tea, adding a wonderfully personal touch. Once, when I asked for directions, the concierge immediately pulled out a map and meticulously planned my route, even marking the subway exits, which was incredibly reassuring. Cleanliness was rigorously maintained down to every nook and cranny. The bed sheets were spotless and crisply ironed, the carpet was deep-cleaned with no odors, and the bathroom faucets and glass shone brilliantly, even the floor drain was clean and smooth. Housekeeping followed strict protocols, with all items bearing disinfection seals, and staff were constantly, quietly wiping handrails and elevator buttons in public areas, providing great peace of mind, especially during these times. The location is uniquely advantageous, situated in the heart of Luohu, with a subway entrance right downstairs. It's within walking distance of shopping malls like MixC, and surrounded by numerous old-established eateries. The room's soundproofing was excellent; closing the window immediately shut out the hustle and bustle. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could admire the Diwang Building, Luohu Port, and the winding Shenzhen River. At night, the city lights sparkled, offering a tranquil escape for a restful night's sleep. From the hardware to the human touch, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. That feeling of being well taken care of without being intrusive is truly the best gift during a journey. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen.

I had a wonderful stay at J Residence Guangzhou. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, especially when assisting us with parcels that were delivered to the hotel — it made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent, right in the central area with many shopping malls and amenities nearby, which made it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It's connected to the Lihe Plaza shopping center, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite. The room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, perfect for overlooking the city lights in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable shower water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as Cantonese dim sum, all delicious. The high-altitude pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for relaxing and exercising in my free time. Housekeeping was thorough, and requests were handled promptly. Both the facilities and service met Hilton's high standards. This will be my top choice for business trips to Zhongshan.
