The room was very new and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel provides coffee and tea 24/7, free afternoon tea and night supper, and beers for sales too which provides great convenience for drinkers. The environment was very good for families and group travellers. The environment is really smoking free. I have travelled to many cities in China and stayed in many hotels, I did not find any smoke smell in this hotel and i like it. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers usage for guests, free flow of drinking water too. Of course a thumb up to all the friendly staff as they provide excellent services! Thank you ! They deserved a full marks !

Came to Foshan for furniture shopping and decided to try out this hotel. It's fantastic to have the Louvre (shopping mall) right downstairs, along with 'Zhuroupo' (a well-known restaurant). The hotel itself offers a variety of design styles, including French, modern, and Chinese. It's great that I can experience different themed restaurants every time I visit. I especially want to highlight their spa. The ambiance is wonderful, and the therapists are skilled and engaging conversationalists. A special shout-out to Jennie and FiFi – my shoulder was bothering me, and after their massage, it felt so much better!

Our stay in the Zhuhai Xiangwang Luxuary Twin Room was absolutely fantastic! The light luxury minimalist design made the space bright and spacious. The two 1.5-meter beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pressure-relieving mattresses were a dream. The dual vanity design was a thoughtful touch, perfect for multiple people getting ready without waiting. Smart devices were plentiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The location is superb, close to Gongbei Port and shopping areas, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The hotel's 6th floor features a kids' play area, a restaurant, and a gym! The amenities are comprehensive, the staff are warm and attentive, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

The hygiene was excellent, the environment was lovely, and it's very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room type. The service staff on the twelfth floor were also warm and polite. This is a hotel with great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at J Residence Guangzhou. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, especially when assisting us with parcels that were delivered to the hotel — it made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent, right in the central area with many shopping malls and amenities nearby, which made it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at a hotel in Zhuhai, just checked out. Time to leave a review. The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The pillows were comfortable. I slept soundly until morning. The WiFi was stable, no buffering when streaming videos. Shower water pressure was consistent, and hot water came on in seconds. The bathtub was pristine. Toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent. The body lotion was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of amenities for children. The pool water was clear and heated, and there was a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. The kids' play area had slides and a ball pit – my child didn't want to leave! Breakfast was extensive, and the freshly made noodles were delicious. The shrimp dumplings in the Chinese restaurant were authentic. The waitstaff proactively brought a high chair for my child. Checkout was simple; just drop the room key card into the express checkout box and go. Very convenient. The parking lot had ample free spaces and was easy to access. The lobby was bright with high ceilings, and the marine-themed decor was lovely. The elevators were responsive, and the corridors were quiet. The room had great natural light and was spacious enough. The air conditioning was cool, and the mini-fridge worked well. The kettle was clean, and the towels were thick. The bathrobes were comfortable. A stroll in the garden was delightful. The gym was well-equipped. It's close to the amusement park, and there are frequent shuttle buses. Great value for money. I'll definitely come back.

The room is clean and comfortable, the layout is intimate, equipped with peace of mind, the hotel faces the pastoral, backed by the peak forest, the natural scenery is very good. The design is simple and stylish, the butlers are very attentive and responsive, the arranged afternoon tea is delicious and super-looking, the intimate good night sweet soup is unanimously praised, clear and moisturized into the throat, gentle sleep ～ A very good experience ～

They were always quick to respond to any requests, making the service experience absolutely fantastic – highly recommended! The bathroom design felt dated, and some room types didn't have a separate shower and bath, meaning I had to shower in the tub, which wasn't the most efficient use of space. The soundproofing was decent; I occasionally heard minor noises from the hallway, but it didn't disrupt my rest overall.
