Facilities: Fully equipped with both hardware and software. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the city center, the lobby features a very tall and large Christmas tree, exuding a full festive atmosphere. There are buses to nearby cities, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle bus to the China-Hong Kong border. Service: Enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and efficient. The concierge staff, especially Donnoe, is familiar with the surrounding area and is polite and enthusiastic. He provided useful suggestions for my travel and recommended nearby restaurants. When I checked out, he guided me through a quick check-out process and helped me store my luggage.

This was my first time staying at an UrCove by Hyatt hotel. The manager, LY, was young, energetic, and very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary late-night snacks. The best part was the free self-service laundry and dryer – it was perfect for washing some clothes during our Christmas trip with friends. The breakfast had a great variety, offering both Western and Chinese buffet options with a nice view. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I arrived early on December 1st to check in, stayed overnight, and then met everyone in the lobby in the morning for breakfast before heading out for the Wingon Travel Agency group tour. The sauna was excellent. However, what I remember most vividly is losing the money belt I wore around my waist that day, which held a large amount of cash.

Hotel is definitely nice, beautiful view, amazing staff (requested over 8 pillows for my family still provided them. However it’s important for them to also have improvements especially when the upgrade isn’t expensive. For example their hair dryers are really old school and slow to dry hair (also heavy to hold), changing it won’t cost much. Then also definitely add in a toilet bidet. Location wise is amazing if you are doing business and require going to the canton convention centre other then that don’t book the hotel, when there’s jam u gonna require about 1 hour to reach every tourist areas

We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel.

The hotel is fantastic. Its location is excellent, very close to the ancient city and Guangji Bridge, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room is spacious, and the facilities are easy to use. The view from the window is beautiful, and sometimes you can even watch the sunrise from your bed. I had a very comfortable stay. The service attitude was also great, and the hotel breakfast was good.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I'm always pleasantly surprised and satisfied with everything from the design and amenities to the service! 🎊 I usually come for business trips, looking at furniture and working, but this time I brought my child, and they actually had a crocodile 🐊 themed parent-child design – how thoughtful! My child was so surprised and happy. It feels like my family and I had a wonderful vacation this time. 🥰🥰 Special thanks to Front Office Manager Phoenix and her team 🥳, as well as the housekeeping team for arranging such a wonderful surprise service for us. My child was incredibly happy, and so were we! 😃

When I come to Zhuhai, Holiday Inn Express is always my first choice. However, this stay was a bit disappointing. During check-in, I ran into a tour group, and the front desk assigned me a room on the same floor, sandwiched right between rooms occupied by the tour group. Even with the door closed, I could hear the tour guide knocking on doors and talking loudly. I called the front desk the first time, hoping to switch rooms, but it seemed like they didn't quite understand my request. I waited in the room for half an hour, and the occasional talking outside my door turned into talking from the adjacent room. I couldn't bear it any longer, so I called the front desk again to request a room change. This time, the change was smooth, but to my dismay, the toilet seat in the new room had four sticky glue spots. I felt too embarrassed to bother the front desk again, so I used an alcohol wipe I had with me to clean it twice, but some residue still remained. Since it was only for one night, I decided to just put up with it. The next day, during check-out, I explained my entire experience to Ms. Chen at the front desk. She was very friendly and sincerely said she would follow up and improve their service. The breakfast was abundant, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western options. I will still continue to book Holiday Inn Express when I visit Zhuhai in the future. As long as I can avoid the hustle and bustle of tour groups, it's still a good choice here.

Had a wonderful stay, room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was very accommodating when I asked to check in at 7am. The hotel is centrally located, right next to a metro stop and there’s plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Would recommend!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 10/12/25to 12/12/25. Front office informed us about there will be electricity shut down between 12am to 2am on the night for 5 min. The next day when we woke up, we were not able to switch on most of the lights & we alerted the front office twice as breakfast time was up to 10am. The maintenance came at 830am & he took out the key card & put back after few minutes. He then tell us because of they shut down the electricity, they need to pull out the key card & put it back so simple. I believed if the front office had advised us earlier how to handle this during the electricity shut down, we will not waste so much time waiting for the maintenance to attend to us & rush for breakfast. Overall we have a great stay in this hotel & we will definitely stay here again if we travel to Shenzhen.
