"The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the Parliament. The reception staff were very accommodating, and while the hallway was a bit dark, it had a pleasant scent. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The property also offers great amenities like a gym and a game room. The rooms were really clean and wider than other hotels.
The room didn't smell like chlorine, especially the sheets. Room was double the size of other hotels that give the same type of room.
Just go down to get your breakfast and coffee!
You also feel safer because there is a ****** downstairs, which means not everyone can enter the premises!
The rooms were also quiet, and for the price, this place is cheaper than the other hotels around it!

"Stayed one night before entering Detroit from Canada, the hotel was in a good location, the price was reasonable, the room was clean and simple, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. "We come up to the Clifton Hills area a few times a year. I've had Old Stone Inn on my short list of places I've wanted to stay at for probably 3 years. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It's a unique place. What really makes it stand out are it's small features like the wooden key cards and Nespresso in the room. Or the big features like the commons patio and Fallsview market place (coffee and cinnamon roll were so good). The staff was amazing and helpful. They even told us how to get down to the Falls from the hotel. There was happy hour and live music and we were able to see the Falls fireworks from the patio. Charging things to the room was so simple. It was extremely comfortable and quiet as well. I can't wait to stay here again."

"During my stay at the hotel, the room did not even provide basic shampoo or body wash. The bottles were completely empty. Was the room not properly checked before guest check-in to make sure shampoo and body wash were provided? These are basic hotel amenities, and not having them available is very disappointing. It also reflects a lack of proper room inspection and professionalism. also found many small insects or mosquito-like bugs on the bed, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable.
This is very unprofessional and does not meet the basic standard expected from a hotel. Please look into this matter immediately and provide a proper explanation."

GGuest UserThe service, amenities, and dining all meet a certain standard. It only takes about 25 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, yet the hotel is located in the city center. I stayed in room 408 and initially thought it might be noisy being on a lower floor, but it turned out to be quite good. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Monira from housekeeping; whenever I returned, she had already quietly tidied and cleaned the room perfectly. What's even more impressive is that she would arrange my belongings according to my habits, which is incredibly thoughtful and personalized. She is a very responsible and meticulous employee. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG again next time I visit my daughter in Toronto.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

FFfhassaaFantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

Mmary ann mislanRoom is big, clean and has a nice view. Great swimming experience and sauna, there’s a gym too. The room is near the elevator as I requested and the receptionist is very accommodating. Bring your own slippers specially if you are planning to use the swimming pool.

GGuest UserHorrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??
