Laundry $2, dry $2, and machine collect 25 cents (quarter). If laundry + drying once, you need to prepare 16 quarters, which is $4. It is recommended to prepare coins in advance, there is no place to change on site. Parking is simpler, just park at the door of the building. However, in fact, in the past few days of self-driving in Fairbanks, I feel that parking in most places is more convenient, so parking here is not a problem. The bed is a softer type and I personally feel quite comfortable. The heating in the room can be adjusted by myself, but it was already early October when I checked in. The actual heating was not as hot as expected. Not sure if it was the outdoor temperature, heating settings or pipes at that time. The heating in the living room felt average. The bedroom was small because of the space, so the temperature was OK. If it is a colder winter stay, it is recommended to confirm with the accommodation in advance. In addition, some people on the Internet mentioned that it is noisy here, and I think this needs to be viewed objectively. The house itself is a wooden structure, so the footsteps and walking sounds upstairs will indeed be easier to pass down. But this is actually common in Fairbanks House and apartments, and it is not exactly a problem with this accommodation. If you are very sensitive to sound, you can ask for a high-rise. If you want sound insulation like a domestic reinforced concrete house, it may be more suitable for chain hotels (concrete structures). Overall, this is not a very new hotel, and there is no sense of service in a traditional hotel, but as an apartment-style accommodation in Fairbanks, the independence is good, the kitchen is very complete, the parking is convenient, there is a self-service laundry room, and the bed is comfortable. More suitable for renting a car to Fairbanks, staying for a few days, hoping to cook and wash clothes by yourself.
