We just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.

They lived in this place just over two weeks. The hotel has several buildings located in the old city. The apartment hotel is just near the main attraction - the gate of Andreana. Near the cafe where breakfast is held, near Migros and a bunch of other cafes. Rooms are a little, but they are well equipped with everything necessary. On the top floor there is a terrace with cheeslons. It upset the lack of washing machine (though in the common area you would like to have it). The rooms are clean, clean every day, even dirty dishes are washed. Everything would be great if not the hotel's neighborhood with an unclear club. Our windows went out just on the walls of this institution and the pedestrian street. No comfort from constantly passing people. And at night it is impossible to sleep at all from the word completely under the bases and music. We were sleeping about 3-4 hours in the morning, the nights from Saturday to Sunday were all terrible. We asked to move to the rooms on the other side of the building, but we received the offer to live in the Economy category room when we paid for the Standard. Or move upstairs with the view and the same hotel and the same noise. The first pleasant impression of staying in this place was damaged. I do not recommend this hotel to families with children or older people. Or ask for a room with a view to the garden (it is a abandoned neighbouring area where the building is now).

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. My husband tried to explain to him that we will check out and pay the 20 Euros in a few hours, what is the problem? The owner did not wa

First of all, we must confirm that Antalya is the most impressive city in the entire Turkey itinerary. This city must be praised! Comments about the hotel itself are as follows: Environment: The location is very good. Turn right when you go out and you will find the core area of the old city and the wonderful scenery of the Roman port; Service: The check-in experience is very bad. There is no front desk. Guests need to call someone to check in. This is a bit troublesome for mainland Chinese tourists. And since there are people sitting inside and downstairs, why didn't I come out to open the door for a long time? There is no local mobile phone number that can be used to call the owner. This is the current situation of most Chinese tourists. The check-in instructions sent by email are also a bunch of garbled characters. The hotel should take this into consideration! After the troublesome check-in procedure, the old man repeatedly violently folded the important information page of the passport in order to take a photo of the passport page and keep it, causing the photo page to crack. It was very unnice! It also caused trouble when actually leaving Türkiye later! And there is no actual service for a three-night stay. You have to serve yourself for four days and three nights! Hygiene: The biggest problem of this hotel is hygiene. A thin blanket that has not been washed for a long time is put on a dirty and black quilt cover, which is the ”quilt”. We can't cover ourselves with this at all because we can't contact us. I felt that the language and service requirements were unrealistic, so I gave up the idea of changing rooms or bedding. I relied on my own coat during my stay, and then slept in my clothes! In addition, the bath towels and hand towels were too dark to be used. The bathroom was not clean enough. Sensitive personal items and used shower gel left by previous residents were not cleaned away. You had to re-do the hygiene yourself before you could move in. After looking at the cleaning supplies they provide, they only have one or two items, not even disinfectant, bleach, or 84! Facilities: Except for the lack of slippers or any supplies for bathing and brushing teeth, the hotel's other facilities are relatively complete. Based on the above, if you choose to focus on the sightseeing environment around the hotel and do not care about hygiene or other service quality, then you can choose. Of course, compared to the average price of local hotels, the hotel itself has no price advantage.

There is no one at the reception, staff reluctant to help. Apartment is small and kitchen tiny. Apartment ideal for single or couple, I would not recommend three. Kids were making a lot of noise in the garden, wall are too thin you can hear them. I recommend owner to put English kettle for English tea. Tv wigh turkish language Chanels. However village is beautiful with some construction work going up new apartment being built. People do not speak English. They keep distance, you won’t get people smiling at you not even in the local shop. Tekirova is very quiet place market are all closed most of the time. Beach is quiet merely anyone at the beach which could be a good thing if you want to be alone with you yourself or your party group friends/family. There is not much to do in Tekirova apart from sleep in your apartment during night and walk into the beach.

The hotel is not located on the shore itself, but in general the location is not bad — the town is tiny, so everything is close everywhere. The room is comfortable enough, there is everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, stove, kettle. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning in every room works well. The Internet is mediocre. There was not enough light and the blinds on the windows were a little broken, but in general everything was in good condition.
