The location is convenient, near the bus stop, we easily reached by buses to any point in the city, including travelling to the beach. Near the beach was not, but for us it was not a key criterion. The only thing we lived in apartments on the 1st floor and it has its own features: 1. In the bath and in the room that goes out on the terrace, ants always crawl. It's a little unpleasant, but they don't interfere with living :) 2. And also, if windows are opened, talk or noise from other living apartments can be heard from the street In general, we all liked, with pleasure to come there again!

The hotel made a bad impression. The soap was not working, respectively, hands were not even washed cleanly, drinking water was not in the room. You can cook at home. When we were flying out we learned that there are two departure terminals two kilometers apart. Southwind Airlines changed the departure time three times, but did not report the last one. Luggage and hand luggage are weighed very carefully. I had to pay an extra $80 for the size and weight.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel and apartment facility. We loved it the moment we walked into the 2 bedroom apartments. The outside pool area is stunning. The hotel is well located and has everything you need within walking distance, like a supermarket for self-catering. I will absolutely recommend this hotel a hundred percent to group travellers. The apartment we stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures! All the staff were soooo friendly and went above and beyond the service I have experienced anywhere before, especially a lovely gentleman called Enes who looked after my elderly mother all day making sure she had food/ water and checked up on her while I was out for half a day. The AC was so cool, and the views were beautiful, the food was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back in the near future! LOVED this place

The apartments are located on a busy, noisy intersection. The room is spacious, everything is available. The impression is spoiling half a broken shower, hardly opening-closing door on the terrace and half a broken umbrella on the terrace.

I went there after the New Year because winter is the off-season, and one night is less than 100. It is the king of price-performance ratio. It is a complete apartment, two bedrooms and one living room, furniture, electrical appliances and kitchenware. You can park around the apartment. We parked in the open space downstairs in the apartment next door. The parking in Turkey is very convenient. Just find an open space without affecting the traffic. To the embankment 7 minutes on foot. There are several chain supermarkets and a bus station nearby. Convenient to walk to the center and to the beaches are different if you are without a car. The apartment complex itself is comfortable and clean. Two air conditioners and always cool. The apartment has everything you need - hdmi cable, all accessories, slippers, dishes. There is free coffee at the reception. There is an elevator. and a shared washing machine on the top floor. This is probably one of the best and not super expensive places to stay in Kas. The staff is super friendly.

It is suitable for traveling with children, and it is suitable for a family of three or four. Self-driving is also good for parking. There are banks and supermarkets at the door, and the kitchen is convenient for cooking. It only takes five minutes to walk to the pier. Very satisfied!

Owner was nice, helpful with tips and organised a day trip on the boat for us which had lots of swimming & lunch. Only suggestion would be the tour was aimed towards turkish people more and so the English explanations weren't amazing, and we didnt really understand what he was explaining, but swimming locations made up for that. Walking distance to main centre of town, to the beaches, and beach clubs. there is a bit of a hill you have to get up but it was gradual for us and we didn't find this an issue, someone with mobility issues might, but you might need to stay closer to the water where it is flat. Kitchenette had cooking utensils and we made a lot of meals because we had been travelling for so long and wanted some home comforts. We had a room positioned to the back of the property, I would suggest paying extra for a sea view, Kas is stunning! we were on a budget so went for the cheaper room. We wanted to extend stay however the apartments were booked out so we booked another and the owner drove one of our bags for us on his scooter super helpful. The owner was so lovely really made the stay extra.

I really like this hotel. It has a separate swimming pool. My child swims in it every day. The staff are also very enthusiastic. My child was scratched by a cat in the town. After hearing about it, they quickly took out medicine to help the child wash the wound. They also patiently answered our questions and told us not to worry. It made us feel warm in our hearts in a foreign country.

일단 정말 좋았어요! 예쁜 뷰, 깔끔한 호텔, 방음도 잘 되어있고, 호텔에 있는 그릇과 식기 도구들도 모두 깨끗했어요! 호텔에 있는 수영장과 쉴 수 있는 공간도 매우 좋더라고요. 저희가 3시 체크인인데 12시에 왔어요. 그래도 밖에서 기다릴 수 있는 공간이 있었고 기다리는 동안(10~20분) 저희 방을 깨끗이 치워주시더라고요. 방 확인까지 시켜주고 설명까지 해주셨어요. 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 여기에는 엘리베이터가 없는 것 같았어요. 저희는 1층 방이라서 캐리어를 바로 넣을 수 있었지만. 배낭 여행이 아니신 분은 미리 말해보는 것도 괜찮을 것 같아요. 호텔 안에는 세탁기, 식기 세척기, 접시, 컵 등 다양한 것들이 있었고 베란다도 있었어요. 일회용 슬리퍼도 침**다 있어서 좋았습니다. 아 그리고 주의해야 할 점은 호텔 위치가 조금 헷갈릴 수 있어요. 조금 더 안쪽으로 들어와야 합니다. 정말 좋은 숙소입니다!

Kaş’a 3.gelişimiz ve bu sene nergis pansiyon kaş’ı tercih ettik,öncelikle konum olarak merkeze çok yakın sessiz sakin bir yerde konum olarak,ilk girişten itibaren bizi karşılayıp girişimizde yardımcı oldular otoparkları olması çok büyük rahatlık. Odaları ful deniz manzaralı ve çok güzel bir terasları var kahvaltıyı teras alanında yapıyorsunuz kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi,Burak bey’e teşekkür ederiz tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz,tavsiye ediyorum

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It looks nice and clean The staff is real nice aswell. You got a strong free working WiFi. And they are always willing to help out. I would definitely stay there again. It's in the more quiet and cheaper bit of Alanya. Like a 30minute walk along the Atatürk blvd to the start of the center. If you use the e-scooter app from Binbin or Beam though, you're back and forth to the busier parts in no time. Plus most excusions, hammam and other things to do in and around Alanya, have a pick up service I was alone so I got the 2 room apt. On the mountain side. Perfect for shadow in the afternoon. The view was really nice, if you look past the fact that the neighbours are close, which I did. I enjoyed the beautiful mountains. It' s close to the beach Just a stroll away. The room was very clean. Which I appreciate and I know the very friendly ladies work hard to keep it that way, every single day. Highly appreciated. It' s near a big supermarket Migros for everyday needs and a pharmacy. Airco is good. I recommend taking it, cause it can get quite hot. There is one in the livingroom, not in the 2 room apts bedroom. Little minor details Are the shower head, that wasn't clean....plus it kept on fainting And I would not take breakfast inclusive again. It's okay, nothing special, but I asked for no meat and got it on my plate both times I ate there. Even just between my omelete and bread. They just took the sausage away and that was that....but no. After two tries I decided tot take breakfast in the city My side, which is the same side as the front entrance, is also the side close to the Coastal highway. You get used to it. So don't overthink it. It's just that a midnight honking can startle you whilest sleeping. Again. If I ever return to Alanya, I will definitely stay here.

Чистота безупречная, постель удобная, Мини-кухня, посуда, хорошая мебель, в т.ч. на балконе. Не было халатов, но лень было спрашивать. До моря 300м, до M Migros 150м. Общепита кругом достаточно.
