"Go back to 50’s? Book @Crown Regency Residences as you will have a detour and refresh to what was in 1950’s .Hope the place will be restored back to its looks and maintains the antique Era. Also the staff are friendly and hospitable, though that old/stained tiles that need to be replaced, the painting, the tub hope will be improved. But still am happy with my stay for I saw antique that my ancestors once have as well."

"This was a fully self-service experience, which was very convenient. The staff contacted us in advance with all the necessary information, including the apartment's location, how to get there, and check-in procedures. The apartment is just a few minutes' drive from the airport, or about a 20-minute walk. Shopping nearby is also quite easy, and the overall environment is pleasant and quiet. The room was clean and tidy, and while the facilities aren't brand new, they are complete and there's even a kitchen. The only drawback was that the shower water wasn't hot enough; I'm not sure if it was related to a water outage that day. If that could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect."

"The location is a bit far from the city, but there is a local shopping mall next to the hotel, which is good for shopping and shopping. But please note that the business hours are until about 8 pm. The supermarket is full of shopping, and there is a place to change money at the entrance of the supermarket, but the exchange rate is relatively small. No, remember to call a taxi first when you go out. The local traffic is a bit congested."

"We would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with the price, room condition, and location – they were all excellent! It's a room within an apartment. The price was incredibly cheap, and it was a large, beautiful room with a living room and even a kitchen, which I really loved! The location in Mactan Newtown is also convenient for getting around and going to restaurants. I was a bit taken aback during check-in, as they used a paper form instead of a computer and took a photo of my passport. While there's a swimming pool in the apartment complex, the water was too dirty, so I didn't use it. Also, there was a gap in the door leading to the terrace, so outdoor noise came straight in. During the Christmas season, there were events at a nearby church until early morning for several days, and kids were constantly setting off firecrackers (like popping pea-sized explosives) in the empty lot in front, and all the noise was audible."

"The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The pool is stunning. Good location for a stay before or after a flight from Cebú airport. However is not a hotel, is a residential place but never mind. You can order a lot of things from Grab for dinner and there is A7 eleven at the entrance. The only issue is the bed. Is a double bed but not too big for two person."

"There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈"
