Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo."

"Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around.
I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!)
Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly.
The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it."

The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge.
The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate.
Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. The famous hotel is self-checkin online, you will get a password, and you will check in by yourself. The location is more convenient, take the tram for about 10 minutes to the Opera House and Monk Art Museum. The kitchen utensils are relatively complete, there is no problem with cooking, and the overall experience is good!

The location near the station and in general is quite close to the main attractions, but the area itself is quite migrant and it is not always comfortable, unfortunately. Also big minus that there is no air conditioning system, but only ventilation, on a hot day apartments are heated quite heatfully.
