"Location was great. Less than 10 mins away from Queensbay Mall. Service was wonderful. Very responsive. No phone available in the room but communicated via WhatsApp. Bed and pillows was good. Water pressure is superb even on the 35th floor! 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. Definitely booking this place again if we come to Penang again."

"We had a sea view unit. The master room had a baby cot and the other room had 1 queen and 1 single with two extra mattresses and a futon bed in the sitting area."

"This apartment was great, very clean and new. The facilities were also quite complete, with everything you'd expect. The location is convenient if you're driving, very close to the Queensbay mall and airport. My daughter also very enjoyed the swimming pool!! I only realized I'd forgotten my charger after I got home, but the housekeeping staff found it and pass to the management. The person in charge mailed it back to me. I'm so grateful to them!! "I really liked this hotel; the front desk staff were very friendly. Our suite had a lobby, two bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room, and an open kitchen. The overall design was spacious and bright, with a simple yet warm and comfortable style. The beds were very soft and comfortable, and there was a large fan overhead and air conditioning nearby, so we didn't have to worry about getting hot. There was a shared water dispenser and microwave outside the suite for hot water and cooking. The hotel area was very quiet, and we could see the city lights in the distance. Overall, it was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel suite to groups of friends traveling in groups."

"This was my second time staying at Macalisterz. The service was great and the staff were very helpful. During check-in, I noticed the extra bed for my child was not prepared as requested. After contacting the person in charge and informing her about the issue, she arranged and sent the extra bed very quickly. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay."

"Great Stay with Beautiful Sea Views We had a wonderful 5D/4N stay at Tanjung Point Residence and were delighted with a complimentary upgrade to a 3-bedroom unit. The beautiful sea view was a real highlight, and it was wonderful to wake up to the gentle sound of the waves. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained, with excellent facilities and amenities. Everything was in great working condition. We especially loved the thick, fluffy towels and comfortable pillows. The direct access to the beach was another highlight, with sea sports facilities available as well. The only downside is that it’s about a 25–30 minute drive to Georgetown. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"Here’s a summary feedback about my stay: Unsatisfied : 1) There is some hiccup on the check in process. Arrived late for check in and found out the access card was not in the mail box for collection (as per instruction guide). But the owner of the property took an effort to arrange a trip within 30mins to handover a pair of substitute access cards. Although some delay but have to give some credit to the owner on making the effort to solve this problem. 2) Sunday check out is a nightmare 😱 This building is very high density. It took me and my family 30 mins to finally get a lift from my unit floor go down to the car park. Would recommend you plan your time wisely. Satisfied : 1) The view for this unit is absolutely beautiful. All the 2 bedrooms and living room has a huge glass window and it’s facing sea view with the Penang bridge! 😍 2) Cleanliness is by far one of the best in the list among all the air bnb stayed before. 😍 3) Location is great for those who have car. It may take about 10-15mins drive to the Georgetown area. 4) Convenient stall is available at the lobby of the building. 👍🏻 5) Very responsible and responsive 👍🏻 Overall it’s really a nice place to stay for family with 8 pax. Would recommend to friend and families to stay this particular unit! 👍🏻"

"Have booked last minute. The overall experience is good. Room is quite. But the corridors is a bit scary as total quite. It is a building for official space and room. Very basic facilities are provided by them but is enough for an overnight stay. Downstairs has some eating place and shop for u to buy drinks and food. The water provided are super tiny 2 bottles hence is not enough. If u are solo female and not too adventurous, u might feel unsafe. It is ok for me and I hv a good rest."
