"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "Everything was great – the renovation is fresh, the room isn't huge but it was enough space for us, and there's a big balcony where you can relax, and it's not on the sunny side so it's not too hot 👍. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in ahead of time without any extra charge, which was a nice touch 😊. The location is excellent; the apartments are on a cozy street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea and roughly 20-25 minutes to the Old Town. There's a delicious fish bar right opposite – everything there is tasty, I highly recommend visiting!"

"The hotel is clean, newly renovated, and furnished. We booked a studio with all the amenities: a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher), a large comfortable bed, a sofa, a large TV, a wardrobe, an iron, a clothes dryer, a washing machine, a water heater, a shower, and a balcony—everything is in excellent condition. Cleaning, towel changes, and daily refills of coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided, with bed linen changed every four days. The hotel is well located, with two supermarkets nearby and a cafe right downstairs. Slavyanskaya Beach is a 10-15-minute walk from the sea, and Morgen Beach is a 25-30-minute walk. It's a bit far, but we went to Morgen Beach, which for us is the best beach in Budva with a beautiful, clear sea. Along the way, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shops, a park, a beautiful alley, and the old town—clean, quiet, and beautiful! The only caveat about the hotel's location is that it's hard to find the first time. The entrance is behind the Cosmos Hotel building. There's a discreet little sign on the front door, but that's a minor detail. I liked the hotel and highly recommend booking it! Montenegro is a beautiful, peaceful country!"

"Excellent apartment, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need: a bathroom, wardrobes, a mirror, and a small balcony with a nice view. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. There's a fridge on the balcony. The closest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The host arranged transfers to and from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! "Thank you! The room had everything I needed, and the location was convenient. Someone in the reviews mentioned it was a 10-minute walk to the beach, but I timed it myself and it only took me 5 minutes. You can find a market and cafes relatively close by (5-10 minutes). There were no issues with check-in or check-out. The only problem for me was mosquitoes; you definitely need to bring spray and an anti-mosquito device, but you can also buy them at a store. The location is beautiful, and I had a great vacation."
