Checking in was cumbersome as it required video conferencing, lacking the human touch. The room was well-equipped but too tight for four people, with no separation between the kitchen and hall. However, it was clean, and the large screen smart TV was a bonus. The hotel is a long walk from the train station with no nearby shops or restaurants. Security is a concern as there were no staff or passersby around. However, for those seeking an escape from city life, it could be a suitable choice.

I was attracted to 3500 yen for two people per night and made a reservation by booking. The facilities are clean. The service is normal. If you rent a kitchen, you can cook. It's a pity that the beds are cheap and the cushions are lined up, but I was tired, so I didn't mind and sleep well. The bathroom and toilet were separate 々 rooms, but both are super small. The bathroom doesn't need a bathtub, so I feel like I want you to have a shower room. The toilet is small and I can't move when I sit down. I used the toilet.

We had a lovely ski holiday staying at One Niseko Towers. Here is what we thought about the hotel. 1) Good access to both Moiwa and Annupuri resorts Moiwa is walking distance away (walk to – ski back) and there are regular free shuttle bus services to Annupuri. I would say it is a little bit far to Hirafu and as someone else said, the shuttle bus to Hirafu gets you in a bit late. We have trouble choosing which of the resorts are our favourite: Moiwa is so quiet it is almost like a private resort while Annupuri has wide sweeping pistes and the adorable Paradise Hut café! 2) Rooms were large and well equipped Four of us stayed in an apartment style room. By Japanese standards it is huge! The beds were comfortable (according to my husband, who is very fussy about mattresses and pillows) and there is a kitchenette for cooking simple dinners. It is a Japanese style kitchen so there is no oven but a good hob and gigantic fridge. Pretty fast Wifi in the rooms too. They will properly clean your room once during a week with daily cleaning being minimal (bed making, towel changes and rubbish removal) though this was not an issue for us as we spent most of the day outdoors. The rooms were quiet too and we were lucky enough to get a 10th floor room with beautiful views over the forests. 3) Onsen baths for soothing the aching muscles The onsen is one of the best features in our family's opinion! Some family members would visit twice a day…. There is a men's and a women's onsen which both have indoor and outdoor baths. It is really nice sitting outside in a hot bath while looking at the snow. I would add that the onsen as well as a lot of the public spaces are decorated in a simple contemporary style. We liked the calming non-fussy stylish look. 4) Good breakfast and Tura We had a package including breakfast. There are choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese breakfast dishes all cooked well. My children would pile their trays high with croissant, miso soup, scrambled egg and fried chicken…? I think I saw reviews commenting on the quality of coffee but we found the espresso on the coffee machine pretty good. It is not artisanal flat white of course but we weren’t in Niseko for the coffee. There are capsule type coffee machines in the rooms too which were very much like nespresso. As someone else said, the Tura restaurant is highly recommended. It is a bit expensive so we only went once during our stay but we very much enjoyed the course menu. The standard of cooking is extremely high. For example, our favourite dishes were crispy pan friend oysters with oyster risotto and grilled Hokkaido pork with a Japanese sauce. When we visited Tura it was empty apart from us. Don’t let this put you off. It will be important to book a table and preferably specify what you will eat in advance so they are ready. Because in hotels there is no separate bathroom and shower room. The good thing is that you don't have to wait for each other to enter while bathing. With people going to the bathroom/bedroom zone, there will be a heater, but when you open the door outside, the sink, kitchen, and bathroom zones will be very cold without heaters/this room will be apartment style. Every time you get on the elevator, you must press the floor followed by the code you received when booking. The security system is tight ^^ and finally, to check in you have to go up to the 3rd floor and check in yourself at the computer.

The hardware is super good and has everything, including an oven, induction cooker, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher. You can also watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. However, because this B&B has a rest day schedule for employees, there are no staff at all on that day, including drivers, so it cannot be considered a hotel. The biggest problem is that right next door is the Freddies Bar. Foreigners’ favorite heavy bass dance music can play from ten o’clock in the evening until closing time at two o’clock in the morning. This can be seen from the fact that there are earplugs in the supplies. Google can get a first look at the fun inside the bar. This hotel chooses a work and rest clock that can match the bar opening hours, or guests who have excellent sleep quality and cannot wake up from the shock.

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

It was a wonderful hotel, very clean and in a good location, but there was no detergent for the dishwasher in the room. I asked the front desk to replenish it, but the first time I told the foreign staff, so maybe they didn't understand, it wasn't replenished. Everything else was fine.

We had a very pleasant stay in Felix West. I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano. We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs. We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging. Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.

The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area. Pure self check-in, no front desk staff. The room size is quite large and the facilities are complete. Compared with the hotel, there is one more kitchen, but the air conditioner seems not very good. Although Sapporo is very cool at night, the air conditioner is not just needed. There is a piece of Japanese paper on the window. The general idea is that the window cannot be opened, but the following instructions are not understood. It is recommended that at least one English version be added. The main shortcoming is probably the toilet, which is super easy to block, the bath time is a little longer, and the water comes up. I also hope that the homeowner will pay attention to this problem.

This 32nd floor apartment gives a spectacular view of the Sapporo city. Its close location to the subway station gives an alternative for leaving your car in the garage for an urban dig-in without hindrance of parking and traffic congestion.

It belongs to a kind of guesthouse. It is fully self-service from check-in to check-out. There are two buildings back to back, so pay attention to whether you are booking _1 or _2. There are two tablets at the door. It is much easier to log in to the information in the connection sent to you by the hotel in advance. If not, it does not matter, it just takes time. * The room number and password are only displayed once, it is best to make a record * Put the garbage into the foyer (referring to the house) before 9:30 every morning. Some people will take it away, but only in the foyer. They won't come in if you haven't gone out yet. * During the stay, the room is cleaned by yourself. The vacuum cleaner and mop are complete. * Induction cooker and small plates and cups * With washing machine * Toiletries are available, but if the number of days you live in is not enough, you can go to a convenience store to buy a set of dental appliances. If you do n’t bring your own towels, you can continue to use them after washing, and you will be charged for replacement. ～ very close to Sapporo Station, 5 minutes walk ～ picante soup curry recommended by the hotel is really great ～ There is ESTA to the right of Sapporo Station (South), and there are many ramen restaurants in the Ramen Republic on the 10th floor.

The apartment is very clean and clean, but my order is 5 people, and there are only 4 people's utensils and quilts, which makes people feel that it is a bit unattended! This is a bit lost! There is also a flush button for the toilet that is not treated, it is recommended to replace it quickly!

This compact studio apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is close to local shops, a few restaurants and is walking distance to railway station (but you may struggle with anything other than hand luggage. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped (even had a washing machine) but it felt cramped because of its compact nature, however it is perfectly adequate for a few nights stay. Beds were futon style so almost at ground level and had very little space around them. That said they were reasonably comfortable but on the hard side. No staff available on site so self-service check / check out which is over complicated. Communication with owner(s) good but found them unhelpful with regards to early check in (would not allow even a few minutes despite unit being available) and no provision to leave luggage if you arrive early or are departing from the city after check out - was bluntly told to use lockers at station! It appeared that there was a cafe/bistro in the basement so it would have been helpful to have had some information about it in the unit. Would have also appreciated instructions on how to use the washing machine, TV remote, microwave etc translated in to English. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again but in one of the larger units as we found the studio a little cramped for our liking.

Our family ski holiday started with horrors when our luggage did not arrive. Communication with the airline was super difficult and mostly lost in transactions. When arrived at the Vale Niseko and informed Mirko about the incident, he immediately took this matter into his hand. He helped coordinate with the airline and with Yamato. He continued to give us a status update throughout. A lovely hotel staff (thank you) collected our luggage from Yamato's Kutchan office and paid for the fees on our behalf. The fees were later paid out of our credit card which was on file. They did not charge us for the collecting fees at all. Mostly importantly, we did not have to lift a finger and could focus on enjoying our holiday .... thank you Mirko and the Vale Niseko team :) You all gave us a true five-star service and experience. The Vale Niseko is so lucky to have you guys. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Vale Niseko. We will not stay anywhere else next time we are there. Rooms: We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view of Mt.Yotei. It is super spacious, fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob, oven, toasting machine, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, fireplace, TV, Yamaha blue-tooth speaker, rice cooker and more!!!! We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment nice every day, which was super convenient. The bathroom is so spacious with an onsen feel. My hubby loves it so much he wants to have one built in our new home :) Nearby activities: Food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stops, shopping Walkability: It is in a prime location, an easy stroll to the most important places; ski rental at Rhythym, food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Ski-in and out ability - Ski-in yes as it is at the bottom of the Family Ace lift. For ski-out, you need to walk up a tiny slope - it does not bother us though. Food & drinks: Vale Bar and Grill is great. We had our dinner there. Food quality and service are great. Noteworthy details: Mr. Corbella, the GM, is the best hotel GM I have ever come across. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world but I have yet to come across someone so dedicated and committed to his job and his clients like Mirko Corbella. The hotel staff are awesome. Every staff we came across during our 6 days of staying was truly exceptional. Public onsen is great! It is spacious, clean, beautiful and not too crowded.

The apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.

We spent 2 nights here in December to ski for the day at Niseko. The hotel worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults. There was enough room to spread out and socialize as well. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast served right across the road at the sister hotel. We appreciated the free shuttle run up to the gondolas. We felt the rates were reasonable given that it was high season. The only thing to be aware of, if you don't have a car, it's a long hike up the hill to the bars/restaurants - and trying to navigate the snow/ice with suitcases in tow was quite a comedy show. We would happily stay here again if we were lucky enough to come to Niseko.

Stayed here 2 years ago and liked everything about our stay so booked again. I am pleased to say the accommodation looks the same as when we last stayed, all decoration still as good. The location is wonderful and it's easy to walk everywhere to restaurants and the grand gondola. The rooms are huge, actually enough for 4 people comfortably. Lovely and warm all the time, the showers are amazing, all conveniences in the kitchen to cook yourself. You can't beat the Mountain View each morning with your coffee. Overall its value for money and personally I will stay here each time I visit the area.
