"The temporary room booked is particularly good, the checkin time is very flexible, and there is no extra service fee, and it can be contacted and communicated in time. The only fly in the ointment of the apartment is that there is no elevator, but this seems to be most of the common problems of the main island apartment. Overall it is highly recommended."

"The hotel parking lot is spacious enough, the inside and outside of the building are clean and good. Especially because it's a family of four, I mainly sleep on the sofa bed, which is the most comfortable of the capital sofa beds so far. The daily cleaning is very clean and the breakfast quality is good. It is located between Verona and Venice, so it is a good location to explore both places. The outdoor swimming pool is also comfortable and worth using."

"It should be a relatively new hotel, the room is spacious, the experience is good, clean and can cook. The only thing that feels not very good is that the sound insulation effect is generally close to the road and the room has been hearing the sound of the car outside. Overall is satisfactory."

"The location of the apartment is very good, walking from the main island train station. Self-check-in, a lot of food and drink. The room height is lower than other European apartments, but it is estimated that the old houses on Venice Island are like this. The reason for the facilities to give 4 points is that it is not convenient to store luggage, and I dare not put it directly in the public corridor. Although the beautiful waiter repeatedly explained that there was a video camera, and finally solved it by the lock on the stair railing."

HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.

CcitytigerThe location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the train station. The hotel offers breakfast; it's not lavish but sufficient. The room facilities are complete, and it's quite interesting that you can cook your own meals, although I couldn't figure out how to use the microwave. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese guests.

AAnonymous UserThe location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of major attractions, the pier, restaurants, and delicious gelato. The room is spacious and equipped with many amenities, allowing guests to do their own laundry and cook. However, the welcome package only included one laundry pod and one dishwasher scouring pad. When we asked the front desk staff if we could receive one of each, the staff member said that only one was provided regardless of the length of stay, which was clearly insufficient for our four-night stay. She reluctantly agreed, but when we returned that evening, we found only one dishwasher scouring pad and no laundry pod… This was quite disappointing regarding the hotel service. On the morning of November 6th, the day we left, another staff member left a deep impression on me (I apologize for not asking her name, I only remember she was very friendly and had beautiful tattoos). She noticed I had a cold and offered me tissues, and told us about the convenient pier for getting to the airport. This made me feel very good when I left, and I would be willing to return to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThis is a hidden gem of a hotel! Our family of three had a wonderful two nights here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with plenty of complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks, even champagne and chocolate. Cooking here was also very convenient; the tableware and cookware were WMF brand, and they provided olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper – incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also excellent, quiet yet conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
If I had to offer some advice, it might be that because it's a ground-floor room, there were a few small flying insects. However, I don't think this is the hotel's fault; it's quite normal to have small flying insects on the ground floor in Venice, and it's within acceptable limits. If you're really bothered by them, you could choose a room on a higher floor. Also, the sofa bed mattress was a bit too soft.
Overall, this is a fantastic serviced apartment. It has even changed my criteria for choosing hotels when traveling; I'll now prefer similar apartments. If I come to Venice again, I will definitely choose this place again.

JJapaneseNameI highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to everything — the arena, the main square, bars, and restaurants — so the location is very convenient for sightseeing.
I was also upgraded to a one-bedroom room! The staff were all very kind and friendly.
The amenities were great as well: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea bags, coffee powder, and more. Toothbrushes seem to be available upon request.

GGuest UserI gave the service 3 stars because, unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar, which I find a bit of a shame. But overall, it's a very good hotel and I recommend it 100%. It's very well located, close to everything, very quiet, and very clean. The staff are super friendly and always smiling; they even carried our luggage to our room.

GGuest UserWhile the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

There is tim downstairs. On the first day, I bought a mobile phone card and the communication was convenient.

The hotel is called the Monkey Hotel. The long-tailed monkeys of various forms on the wall of the room are very interesting and vivid.
