"Very recommended accommodation with high CP value! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🏨 Decoration: As soon as we walked in the check in counter, we made the decoration very amazing, very European style, really like 😍 The decoration is novel and textured, the best thing is that there is air conditioning 🥺! 🤵♀️ From going upstairs to entering the room, the electronic lock is used. The counter staff is very kind and introduces us in detail how to use and precautions one by one. 📍 The location is very convenient to walk10-15 minutes from the ”Last Dinner” gathering place. There are also Starbucks nearby and Carrefour in a large room. 🚌 Public transportation (subway, bus, retro cable car) can be reached within 5 minutes on foot It's a hotel I'll visit back in Milan 🏨"

"A wonderful apartment-hotel in the center of Milan. Everything is new and clean, and security is excellent. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and living. The only downside is that it's not a hotel, so there's no cleaning service, and there's nothing provided like a mop or vacuum to clean yourself. Towels also aren't changed. So, it's perfect for a 3-4 day stay. You'll need to pay any additional charges at the hotel by card, as they don't accept cash. Russians without a foreign card should be aware of this point."

"The location is excellent, less than a two-minute walk from the M3 metro exit. Actually, you can take the M1 to the Cathedral station and walk for about 5 minutes. There's a flower shop downstairs; you'll find it when you see the newsstand and flower shop. This apartment seems to be converted from a previous long-term lease. It's on the 7th floor of the building. The front desk closes at 6 PM daily. If you arrive after that, there's no front desk available; you'll need a key to open the main entrance downstairs, then the door on the 7th floor, and finally your room. The room layout is reasonable. It can be noisy because of the trams passing downstairs; earplugs are provided. Check-out time is 11 AM; there's a €20 charge for late check-out, and it's strictly enforced. The water pressure in the shower head on the ceiling is very low, so use it with caution. The bedding is okay, except the comforter is just a thin blanket. Toiletries are complete, including cotton swabs and cotton pads. Luggage can be left at the front desk, but the service is very good. I stayed here to see a performance at La Scala; the location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk and on a straight road. Hope everyone has a great time in Milan"

"I liked the hotel. It's clean and spacious, has a mountain view, and you can do your laundry. It has all the necessary dishes and a coffee machine. Check-in is easy, everything is automatic, and the receptionists are very friendly. There are train stations nearby, a store, and even a river nearby."

"Well... It's a great idea to create affordable, remotely controlled apartments by local standards, with good finishing and amenities. The finishing and amenities are good. But there's no response to any problems that arise. There's no internet (a cable issue) and it's been two full days since they've fixed it. Upon check-in, I barely received the code for the entrance, room, and parking (it's the same), but I couldn't enter the building or open the parking gate—nothing! It's impossible to contact the operator!!!!!! I barely made it into the building with random hotel residents and, through a housekeeping woman (also a random encounter), managed to get through to a live person from the administration. It was resolved in 15 minutes. My inquiries about the situation through the app were answered the next morning (!). One of the elevators broke down while we were there—nothing has been done for three days, and the future is also unclear. The company's website is very crude. I tried to extend my stay—I would have been better off moving somewhere else. Do I have to fill out all the forms and take photos of documents again? Why? And after emailing them through the app about the logic behind it, they said I didn't have to. There's no logic to it at all. I'm giving the service a 1 because I can't give it a 0. Otherwise, the rooms are good. The only downside is there's no clothes dryer and the lighting isn't optimal."

"The accommodation is well-situated, close to the central station and with tram lines nearby. It's quite peaceful, being located in a quiet neighborhood. However, cleanliness could improve; our room wasn't made up any day of our stay."

"Had a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle Città. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed. The room itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort. The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t available during the non-peak season. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan."
