This hotel has nice service and staffs were very kind. Their communication was no problem in English and explained to us how to get to the supermarket near us. But if you want to stay this hotel , you might need a car to get here. This hotel linens were very clean and gave us some teabags and coffee. They had also breakfast at the cafeteria. We recommend this hotel and we will stay again.

As a nostalgic kid who has gone back to studying in Tours for ten years, it must be said that this apartment has all the conveniences. There is a mini kitchen in the apartment-style, where you can make your own tea, buy alcohol and make some convenient fast food. I booked the cheapest room type because I was traveling alone, but the room for me was facing the church bell tower, and the bed was super large and comfortable. It may not be as big as a big hotel room, but a typical French residence is like this. The sanitation is very good, but the catch is that there is no daily room cleaning.

Mon compagnon et moi avons aimé notre séjour dans ce Residhome qui est très bien placé pas loin du centre , la cathédrale et les restaurants. La propreté est irréprochable très important pour nous 😀. Le lit est confortable on y dort bien .le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville . Le monsieur qui était là au moment du check out était très sympa tique et professionnel , il nous a donné envie de revenir en nous parlant de la fête de la lumière qui va avoir lieu en février ou mars 2024 . Nous le remercions au passage ☺️ Nous le recommandons et séjournerons là bas sans hésitation si nous retournons à Chartres un jour .

Generally everything was fine. Quality of wifi in all hotels is a weak point, so that's fine. Another story for hotel entrance location, it is not really convenient. Near is big grocery store, and there is no path directly to the hotel. If you can somehow manage this thing, it will be great. It is pretty challenging things, from my outside view, but it will improve guests comfort. Staff was very friendly, so I have a good time stay in your nice hotel.

We had a couple of reservations about this booking as after we booked we looked a past reviews. Very pleased we booked as our experience was super from start to finish. The reception staff were fantastic, we arrived late and they could not do more to help. The room was small, but we knew that, extremely clean and had everything we wanted or expected. Based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending, breakfast had great variety, no hot dishes, but that was stated on the site. Thanks for our great overnight stay. Colin
