"The location is excellent as it is within business district, shopping area and XTD with all fine dinning and gathering options. Furthermore, the room is clean and the staff are very friendly and supportive. So whatelse do anyone need if they were travelling for business, pleasure or just a short trip. The only thing I miss is that the hotel currently does not have a lounge that would allow the residents and tehir friends to enjoy the view."

"Quite close to the metro station and to shopping mall area. Clean, big room, comfy bed, sofa etc. The only problem was that the 5G signal was weak in my room, but WiFi was quite fast. Also: washing machine is only available if you make a booking for at least a month worth of stay, so be careful when booking. It's weird, cause the washing machine is right there in the room, but the note attached to it says not to use it, so I didn't, even though the room description on trip.com says the washing machine is usable. I booked an option without a window, but was surprised to actually have a window with a so-so view. Maybe if you book the same option as me you won't get a window, so be careful."

The soft furnishings, newly renovated in 2026, were incredibly tasteful! The entire unit had solid wood flooring, making it clean and odor-free, with a fantastic ambiance. The expansive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were the biggest highlight. From a high floor with unobstructed views, I could admire the magic city's skyline during the day and overlook the dazzling nightscape, with the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' (iconic skyscrapers) fully visible. I could lie in bed and enjoy Shanghai's stunning night lights 🌃. The layout was extremely well-partitioned, with separate living room and bedroom areas, avoiding the cramped feeling of a hotel room. The walk-in closet offered excellent storage, equipped with a safe and ironing facilities, perfectly accommodating travel needs. The bathroom featured a three-way dry/wet separation, with both a shower and a bathtub. The vanity area was spacious and tidy, and the toiletries were high-quality. "Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and an excellent washing machine. The view was lovely, and the hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great supermarket, making it very convenient for longer stays. Although the hotel is not so close to Shanghai’s main tourist attractions, the metro station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. I would especially like to give five stars to the front desk service because of Aron. He was consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to assist with every request and made a real difference to my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with another front desk staff member was quite different. She did not speak English and, when I called to report an issue with the washing machine, she simply said “no English” and hung up. On another occasion, I asked for assistance with making a reservation, but she seemed unwilling to help. While I understand that not everyone is expected to speak fluent English, a willingness to assist or find a colleague who can help is important in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, Aron’s outstanding customer service more than made up for this experience. Thanks to him, I left with a very positive impression of the hotel and would happily stay here again."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a minute's walk from Laoximen metro station. We stayed in Building B, and the entrance is somewhat hidden behind a fitness center. We arrived late at night, and there was no one at the front desk, so we had to search for the administrator for quite a while. The room was clean and had all the essentials (kettle, water, toiletries, hairdryer). On the third floor, there are washing machines, dryers, an iron, and a steamer available. For breakfast, you can head to Wagan cafe nearby. They offer European breakfasts and coffee, which is a bit pricey by Chinese standards but reasonable for us (up to 1200 rubles per person). Tourist attractions: They are just 1-2 metro stops away."

"I booked this apartment hotel because I was going to see Sleep No More at Nanjing West Road, and it was typhoon season that night. The hotel is located on Jiangsu Road, which is a great location right next to the Yan'an Elevated Road. The hygiene conditions were also good, and it offered excellent value for money. It definitely lives up to the HUAZHU Group's reputation. I'll choose this place again next time I visit!"
