Apartments in Shaanxi, China

"1. Service: We were traveling with seniors and arrived at the hotel early. The staff kindly asked us to wait in the lounge area, then enthusiastically helped coordinate with the housekeeping team to clean our room, allowing us to check in right away. 2. Environment: The lobby lounge area offers complimentary food and drinks, a billiards table, and leisure books (in English). The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Overall, it was a great stay."

"This stay was a truly delightful surprise! The hotel's design is my favorite wood-themed style; the subtle wood scent greeted me as soon as I entered the lobby, and the wooden furniture and warm lighting in the rooms instantly created a relaxing atmosphere, like stepping into a natural log cabin. It was also incredibly photogenic. Most importantly, the price was incredibly affordable! I didn't have high expectations for such a low price, but the service and facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone on a budget who doesn't want to compromise on quality. You can enjoy a cozy and luxurious stay for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!"

"Booked a family room, which was very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has excellent play facilities, and my kids had a fantastic time. There's a cotton candy machine in the lobby where the children can make their own cotton candy. The front desk service was also great, especially Diego, who was very enthusiastic. Consistent with Ascott's usual high service standards."

"The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The house is full of rice appliances. It is very easy to use. The environment is also very good. There is no problem with the long stay. Many shops downstairs are just next to the subway. The high-speed rail station is very convenient and very suitable. Stay when traveling"

"The stay was great, no disappointments. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, the room was clean and dry, the bed was very comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Overall, there were no major flaws, the price was reasonable, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. I recommend it."

"The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business"

"This stay was truly exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. The room was spotless, with excellent attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, and quite spacious. The hotel had set up the room according to our requests beforehand, so walking in felt immediately comfortable and there were no unpleasant odors. The washing machine and dryer in the room were both meticulously clean. In summer, with frequent changes of clothes due to sweating, having these two appliances was incredibly convenient and practical. The green sofa by the window was also very comfortable... The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. We had communicated with the hotel in advance, mentioning that it would be difficult to carry our luggage while taking the subway. The staff specifically drove to the subway station to pick us up, which was a truly considerate gesture. Check-in was very efficient, and any questions we had were answered patiently. The hotel's location is excellent; although it's not on the main street, it's exceptionally quiet. It's also very close to the subway station and nearby dining options, making both getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. The overall environment of the hotel was quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. It offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips or leisure travel to Xi'an, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. #Tags: #Xi'anAccommodation #CleanAndTidy #AttentiveService #ConvenientLocation #GreatValue"

"I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!"

"Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"
