"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean. The location is super convenient, really close to Exit G of Nanshaomen Station, where you can catch lines 5 and 2. Downstairs there's a Yonghui Supermarket, and plenty of dining options nearby, like Chang'an Grand Theater Restaurant, Wei Jia Liang Pi, and Zi Wu Lu Zhang Ji Rou Jia Mo, just a short walk away. Definitely recommend!"

We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful!
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. "We had seen a very negative review about the accommodation and were actually about to cancel the reservation, but honestly, we found it to be quite good: spacious rooms for what we usually find in China, and cleanliness was good (the bathroom grout is yellowed, but that's more from wear and tear than a lack of cleaning). The location is very good, as you're relatively close to a subway stop on Line 2, which connects to both the city center and the Northern Railway Station (Xianbei). The neighborhood is lively, and there's a very quiet park right behind the property. We had a small problem with the room access code, and they compensated us for it, so the service was good. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the clothesline area, which is too small."

"It's decent. A great temporary stopover. The room is okay, though a bit small, and the price is fair. I actually preferred the one in Huangyancun before, but unfortunately, it's closed now. "I'm a big fan of Ascott, and this Citadines didn't disappoint. The room layout was well-designed, and everything was clean, with relatively new furniture and a spotless sofa. Breakfast served until 11 am was a huge plus, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The management is great too, very responsive to requests. It's really comfortable for a long stay."

"Environment: A friend recommended this hotel to me, saying the service was excellent, so I came to experience it. The atmosphere is very chic and intimate; it doesn't have a grand lobby, but it's definitely small yet exquisite and very pleasant.
Facilities: The room was really spacious, and the front desk gave me an upgrade. The whole vibe was very bright and looked super clean. The room's amenities were abundant – it felt a bit wasted not to cook, haha.
Hygiene: Everywhere I went, it was spotless.

However, there’s no daily housekeeping provided, and there is a delay with returning my 100 yuan deposit. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t offer any food options. "Amazing Stay with Excellent Service!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"

"This Xingyue Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! The decor creates a fantastic ambiance, and you can see the front desk as soon as you walk in. There's hot and room-temperature water available for self-service. The room was noticeably clean and comfortable right when I entered. The shower had hot water in seconds, which was super convenient. Plus, the bathroom was equipped with disposable toilet seat covers, so I didn't have to worry about hygiene at all, and even a disposable razor – they really nailed the details. I loved both pillow options. I'm so happy to have found such a great value hotel in this area."

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

Mr. ShukriI love this place, their price is good for the place they're provided. I love the uncle who took care of the place. He's cheerful and approachable although we can't speak English to each other! The location for this place is a bit challenging because the location is a bit hidden. Make sure to follow the address given. You will find an open street grocery at the first entrance of the buildings. Take around several steps and you will see the entrance of the hostel (refer to my picture). It's also nearby Xian museum and Xian art museum!

This is one of the best hotel selection I ever have!
The location is one of the best - just opposite subway station, and in the middle of (considered) center with tourist spots and shopping malls. Food is always everywhere.
Most importantly, the counter gentleman (likely the owner) was very helpful and friendly. I have to mentioned that he even give me a free upgrade!
The room is actually a residential studio, comes with a sofa, washing machine (plus detergent), and kitchen equipment. Unfortunately all cooking utilities were there, but not a single utensils provided. The cup is disposable paper cup. Luckily the owner gave me a used glass drink container.
The basin and shower head water pressure is one of the strongest! How wonderful!
Absolutely 6 stars, but I was allocated to a room directly opposite a saloon, and it closes late at night into the wee hour. One of night they close at about 3am, quite noisy

不愧是名墅設計師酒店，店內特別有感覺。房屋整體設計也很美，地點也很方便，樓下就有地鐵口，距離大唐不夜城等景點也很近，非常物有所值！

Tha AC can only heat up eben thout it's already really warm in the room.
Cleanness is alright. On decor is a thick cover of dust. But the bed, and bathroom is clean. Just the overhead shower was working, which we didn't mind.
They asked everyday around 10:30am if we want garbage take out and new amenities. Which was super nice. The response was always super fast over WeChat. They are friendly and the self-Check in was easy due to really good instructions beforehand.
Also they provide Ohropax (noice canceling plugs) :)

The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful
The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean
Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ...
FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)
