"Excellent! Very good, clean, and a brand new, spotless hotel. They even had VIP access for streaming, which was great. The boss upgraded our room for free, and the location is fantastic. The night market is right downstairs, and it's close to the subway. If you like morning markets, there's one there too – the Caidian TV Tower night market at night is a morning market in the morning!"

"Facilities: Well-equipped, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances all in good working order and easy to use. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!"

"I recently stayed at Yoho Hotel Apartment from January 16 to January 18, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect; just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, which added to the enjoyment of my stay. The room was fairly clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout my visit, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it offered everything I needed for a short trip. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily choose Yoho Hotel Apartment again for future visits!"

"I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better."

"The location is incredibly convenient. Metro Line 2 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, and once you exit from Gate C, you just turn a corner and you'll spot the large sign for Building 9. However, check-in isn't in Building 9 itself; it's in a separate orange-fronted room right next door. If you're not paying attention, you might miss it. It's completely within a residential complex, with both owner-occupiers and transient guests, and I imagine there might be long-term residents too. The ground floor on both sides is lined with all sorts of small shops, making the area incredibly lively and convenient for dining. It's about a 40-minute to an hour's walk to the International Yacht Marina. We stayed during the Davos conference from June 23rd-25th, 2026, and it didn't inconvenience us much; in fact, we even got to enjoy free metro rides all day on June 24th. The actual room size and the scenery depicted in the promotional photos were quite different; let's just say the photography was excellent. Overall, the cleanliness wasn't great. There were several bloodstains on the sheets, which we requested to be changed on the second day when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite small, and various towels looked unclean and very old. The shower gel and shampoo came in small bottles. Anyone particular about their bathing experience might find it inconvenient. The refrigerator was never plugged in, and when opened, it had a very unpleasant smell and was also dirty, causing food to take on strange odors. The range hood was also greasy. The hangers in the wardrobe were those flimsy wire ones, fine for summer clothes but not at all suitable for heavier coats in other seasons. The staff were pretty good. When booking, I made some common requests: a high floor, smoke-free room, away from the elevator, and a sofa in the warm, bright colors shown in the promotional pictures. The front desk staff arranged this in advance. During our stay, I messaged the 'little housekeeper' daily on WeChat to request room cleaning, and each time they said they would come in the afternoon. Since we went out in the morning and returned in the afternoon, we asked them to clean in the morning, which they always accommodated. Overall, the staff's service was OK, but since it's a homestay that opened in 2021, the facilities, equipment, and cleanliness/maintenance haven't kept up, so it really can't be judged by hotel standards. Oh, and the water heater worked great; hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, making showers very comfortable. Overall, feedback from friends visiting from out of town was positive, and the value for money was there. Even during Davos and the summer peak season, prices weren't inflated, which was very considerate and well-managed. There are pros and cons, and this is a completely objective review. I hope for improvements and might consider staying again in the future."

"The hotel environment is good, and the staff are very friendly. The location is also quite good, with easy access to buses. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station. It was a very good experience overall, especially being close to the Second Hospital of China."

"This large family room is a fantastic deal! It has two big double beds, easily accommodating 4-5 people. It's perfect for an older couple who prefer separate beds, or a young couple with two kids – plenty of space to roll around on the beds and have fun. It comes with a large refrigerator, big enough for all your fruits and vegetables, and a drum washing machine for laundry anytime. There are at least 10 hangers too. The sunset views from the 32nd floor are absolutely stunning, and you can even see the high-speed trains at Dalian Station! Shopping nearby is incredibly convenient. We ate the 'Yikouxiang Baozi' from Dalian Department Store every day and never got tired of it. It's also easy to get to the Kunming Street morning market. Line 2 of the subway is right outside the apartment building to the left, making it super convenient to get to the North Station without any transfers. The value for money is definitely high. My friend from Dalian came to visit and was surprised to find such a great big apartment in this prime location; his son's family wants to stay here when they return to Dalian for Chinese New Year."

"The apartment on the 26th floor offers expansive views and is generally comfortable and clean. Despite its downtown location, the room is very quiet, with almost no outside noise. The location is excellent – just turn left downstairs and you're at the entrance to Dalian Old Street, which transforms into a Dalian food street at night. If you cross the road from the building entrance and take a small path, you'll reach Qingniwa Commercial Street in just two or three minutes. There's a children's playground there where you can see many kids, big and small, playing happily, and young people jogging in groups. Even if you do nothing, just sitting on a bench and enjoying the breeze is quite pleasant. On the first floor of the nearby Dalian Department Store, it's all food stalls, some with long queues, so the food must be good. There's also a Uniqlo to browse. We stayed for four days and finally tried breakfast on the last day at Restaurant No. 8 on the 22nd floor. The dishes were simple but tasty, and for the price, it was acceptable. There was no microwave or iron in the room, which I hope they can improve in the future."

"Great value for money! The environment was clean and tidy, and it even had a fridge. Unfortunately, the couple next door were noisy until 2 AM, which severely affected my sleep. However, that's not the owner's fault; the soundproofing in this apartment isn't great. Sometimes, staying in an apartment with inconsiderate people makes me wish I'd just booked a hotel, where you can usually ask them to intervene or switch rooms."

"I truly enjoyed my stay here! The location was great right next to the night market and the view was really nice as well!! Make sure to call or text the host when you arrive as it is a residential building and you need a key card to enter from the lobby! The host was super kind and helped me throughout my stay with any issues I had or anything I was curious about! 10/10 recommend if you’re visiting this amazing city ^^"
