"Booked a room through the app. When arrived, began to look for an entrance. For foreign tourists I explain: DOOR SO LOVE. The entrance and elevator are not very clean. No one met at the resepschen. The room itself is good, but it needs to be monitored: there is a melting in the toilet, the kitchen furniture also needs to be washed. Small, but the windows outside too would like to wash. From good moments - a new refrigerator and a washing machine. There are European roasters. Also, accidentally noticed that there is drinking water in other rooms that we have never been provided. When booking, a family of 4 people was indicated and a towel left only one. Having experience of renting an apartment every day, I can say that such small things and a displeasant feeling of living is made. I hope the owner of the apartment will take into account wishes and improve the service."

"I stayed for 4 days for a trip to Yanji and Mount Baekdu. The location is truly the best. Situated right in front of Yanji University and next to Wanghongbi, it is in the heart of the busiest area. Being located in the center of Yanji West Station, West Market, and everywhere else made getting around very convenient. The service was also excellent; they responded immediately to any needs and even stored my luggage after check-out.
The facilities were slightly outdated, and I was initially a bit flustered because there was no lighting when walking from the elevator to the entrance of the room. It would be more convenient to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc.
There is no doubt that it is in a great location for the price, and thanks to the owner's quick response and proactive measures, I would like to stay here again if I visit Yanji in the future."

"I booked a four-bed family room for a family of three and an elderly person. It was very clean and the supplies were very good. There were also disposable toilet mats and bath towels. It was very considerate. The service attitude was super good and the charger was left. I took the initiative to contact the room and help with mailing. Thank you very much. The scenery is also very good. I will stay here again when I come to ski in winter."

The hotel room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with a dining table on the balcony. The hotel restaurant served homemade dishes that were absolutely delicious – authentic Northeastern Chinese comfort food you really can't find anywhere else! Enjoying dinner while taking in the night view was just fantastic. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back with my friends next time!

Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!
