"Unlike other hotels in China, this one did not offer a pickup service from the train station, making our journey to the hotel quite complicated. The actual taxi fare from the station turned out to be double the price we had been quoted. We had received information via Trip.com that if we took a bus to a specific square, the hotel would pick us up from there; however, the hotel later messaged us saying they didn't have time to do so, forcing us to make our own way there. My husband lost his passport during the journey, but the hotel staff were amazing and helped us locate it—we are very grateful for that! As for the room, it was nice and matched the photos. However, we were told that breakfast wouldn't start until after we had left for the train station (after 8:00 AM), so they offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us instead. Yet, upon checking out, we saw that the breakfast service had actually been open since 7:00 AM. We also disliked the fact that the staff repeatedly asked us to rate the hotel a ”5”; they kept checking to ensure we would give them the highest possible rating."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and commercial area, making dining and shopping effortless. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in quickly. They even thoughtfully provided information on local attractions, offering attentive yet unobtrusive service. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise; the floors, bathroom, and even the nooks and crannies were spotless and odorless. The bedding was soft and fluffy, the mattress just right, and the excellent soundproofing meant I heard no noise from the hallway or street at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The room facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, the lighting was soft, and the toiletries were of good quality. The housekeeping staff were always quiet when entering and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold dishes, fruits, and beverages, all tasting fresh and non-greasy. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the value for money was outstanding. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient."

"The room was clean and well-designed. The front desk staff was very kind. I forgot my charging cable for my business trip, and the power bank rental was too far away. The staff member at the front desk lent me a power bank that his mother had bought for him, which I really appreciate! It was a very pleasant trip!"

"This is my second time visiting Changsha, and I stayed at this hotel before and really liked it, so I rebooked without hesitation this time. And once again, I was very satisfied. The room is well-equipped and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. There's also a large wardrobe, a fridge, a microwave, and a washing machine. The front desk staff are very helpful and efficient, always meeting our requests. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, and just a short walk around the corner, you'll find Tea Color Delivery and Yuanyang Coffee. The subway station is less than a ten-minute walk further down the road, and across the street, there's a large shopping mall with plenty of food, drinks, KTV, and even Haidilao. Most importantly, the hotel is very close to the city center, including Wuyi Square. I came to Changsha this time to see a concert at Helong Stadium, and it was also very close, less than a 30-minute subway ride away. All in all, it's extremely convenient. If I get the chance to visit Changsha again, I'll definitely choose to stay here. I wish the hotel great success!"

"Having stayed in countless hotels, I absolutely have to give this Orange Song Hotel a perfect score! I'm a light sleeper and have trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, so I usually have a hard time falling asleep when I'm out and about. But at this hotel, I slept exceptionally well. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was exceptionally soft. I have lower back pain, but sleeping in this hotel's bed didn't hurt at all! The shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, and hairdryer were all of a very high standard; many 5-star hotels don't even have the amenities this hotel provides! The owner has such a keen eye for quality products; their character must be exceptionally good. It's a rare find—a truly conscientious hotel!"

"Traveling with my two best friends, choosing this hotel was such a smart move! The triple room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep. The absolute highlight was the large vanity table with ample lighting – perfect for three of us to do our makeup without feeling cramped. The hotel is right above a subway station, super close to Wuyi Square, and surrounded by amazing food, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The owner was incredibly nice, proactively offering extra toiletries and bottled water, and even gave us a complimentary late check-out. In the evening, my friends and I cozyed up in the room, chatting, munching on snacks, and enjoying the night view – it was just so relaxing! Highly recommend this place for a girls' trip!"

"The room was small and cramped, with a washing machine inside. The advertisement said it was around 40 square meters, but it wasn't actually that big. The hotel is in the same building as the Hanting Youjia Hotel; the reception is on the 10th floor, and the rooms are on the 19th. The bathroom facilities were inadequate, especially the shower area, which didn't even have a shelf for shower gel. As for the price, I booked it for 112 yuan, which was cheaper than nearby apartments, but it wasn't particularly good value for money or as close to the train station."
