This property was definitely overpriced for the what we received. Lobby was nice, if outdated, and at a glance appeared clean. The front desk has signs up that informed us that we needed to check out at the desk or at least call the front desk to check out. This made me wonder if they had an issue with credit card fraud. At check in, I requested a ground floor room and was simply told “we don’t have any”. When I said “nothing?” The desk clerk then said “not with your room type”. Well, why didn’t you say that and offer me the option to change? Which we did, going from a king to 2 queens. The clerk did not point out the room on the property map. Only saying I could drive around and park in front of the room. The room was dreary and dim, definitely not enough light. The privacy curtains didn’t close all the way, I used a hanger to clip them closed because they were broken in the middle and on one side at the top. The room smelled of urine. We had to let the water run for nearly 10 minutes to get hot water. The room was definitely in need up repair and updating. On checkout, while waiting for my receipts I noticed a breakfast room on the map. It was on the farthest corner from the lobby in the building with the sleeping rooms. I don’t know if there actually was a breakfast served because it was never mentioned at check in or out. We probably would have only had coffee. After checking out in the lobby I wanted to make a final bio break before getting on the road. The ladies room was marked as out of order and the men’s room was locked. When I asked about the restroom the clerk gave me a key to the ladies room which was obviously not out of order. We won’t be staying there again when there are so many other options

From making reservations, checking in, and the room I was provided this was an awesome experience. I will continue to stay at this location anytime Im in the area. I also will recommend this location all that asks me and are in the area.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a pleasant young lady at the front desk. She exuded efficiency and courtesy, making the check-in process a breeze. Our room was exceptionally clean and was refreshed daily as per our request. The Dove personal care products provided in the bathroom were a nice touch. However, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of coffee in our room. Thankfully, the coffee available in the lobby was much better. Despite this minor setback, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider using this hotel again when visiting Casa Grande and its surrounding communities in the future. From the excellent service to the comfortable and well-maintained accommodations, this hotel left a positive impression on us and we highly recommend it to others.

Me and my family always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff and the only hotel in town with free breakfast. Only thing is I personally dislike the pool here though as it is enclosed right next to outside doors so it gets hot and really humid inside there and makes you not want to swim. The humidity with the AZ heat is too much for us to bare.

We checked in at this hotel last Labor day (Sep 2022) for 4 days to meet our friend who's living in Maricopa County. We love that their main ****** floor is Non smoking which is YES for me especially that i have mild asthma. Their rooms were huge, very clean, smells fresh and it has a balcony. The only thing is, they just have 2 towels in the bathroom but you can always request for it. The balcony is a plus but we didnt get a chance to use it b/c its 117 degrees outside. KUDOS to Harrahs Staff they're all very friendly from frontdesk, housekeeper, dunkin donut staff, and maintance. They will greet you and give you a big smile. We will surely comeback and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
