Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

it’s very noisy as the room faces back end of a night club (warm up) which goes on forever, i think the balcony doors are not really zealed well against such a location at all.  while everything else was great, from yummy breakfast to air purifier automatically on once we enter the room, and the staffs were great

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises. The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at ISTY. It's set in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk around in (though beware that there are no sidewalks in most of Chiang Mai so you have to be careful), and we really enjoyed nearby food stalls each evening as well as a full night market by the north gate. (By the way, there's vegetarian food at the far east side. And there are a couple of vegetarian eateries within walking distance, though I think only during lunch.) The rooms are basic (think shelves but not dressers) but clean and comfortable; beds are Thai style so firm. The co-working/meal area is fabulous, as is the rooftop bar; we spent a lot of time in the outdoor co-working/pool area but either wore long clothes or sprayed against mosquitoes (there were just a few, and an herbal rather than Deet spray was sufficient). The pool is gorgeous but shaded and on the cold side so we mainly looked at it haha. It was getting smoky as February went on (thank goodness for a couple fluke rainstorms that cleared the air for a few days), and there didn't seem to be much air filtration so our eyes were stinging even in our room--but I think that's true elsewhere throughout the region too.

INCREDIBLE..... We stayed for a number of weeks just next door.. Pea is super passionate about the best experience.. she is an awesome cook... and everything she does puts 100% effort. They gave a real talent for design and architecture in the boutique hotel and the cafe... they are currently working hard to get a bakery next door renovated.. We have got to know Pea, her husband and Jeff thier son and they are really special people who take pride in what they do If your either staying at the hotel or wanting to eat thier you will get a great meal with amazing people....

The overall stay experience is quite satisfactory. The hotel's facilities have left a deep impression, the hotel is quite new, and every detail reveals the hotel's ultimate pursuit of quality and comfort. It is worth mentioning that the attitude of the hotel staff is even more impeccable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was surrounded by their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The reception staff quickly checked in with a professional smile and efficient service, patiently answering my inquiries about surrounding attractions and dining recommendations. The room service staff carefully arranged my room to ensure that I had a clean and comfortable space after a tired day. Even if the small problems encountered, Yuan Yuan should be reflected to the staff, and they can be solved quickly and satisfactorily. This feeling of being valued and caring makes people feel warm. In short, this stay experience made me deeply understand the meaning of ”home away from home”. The brand new hotel facilities and the staff's spring breeze service attitude have jointly woven into an unforgettable stay memory. If you have the opportunity to travel again in the future, this hotel will undoubtedly become my first choice.

Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. I am a regular visitor to Chiangmai and thought I should try out this new hotel in town. What a fabulous experience it was The room is very spacious and the hotel is decorated in a modern style, with plenty of Thai touches. The lighting is good and the mirrors in the room are great if you love a mirror selfie as much as I do. The club lounge, (known as the level) is one of the best I have experienced I loved the cocktails of the day especially the Chao Phraya one made with local rum, very delicious, and so much fun to have it made in front of us in a fabulous copper coloured shaker. The service in the club is excellent, the manager Taemasin is very charming and super helpful. He had so much passion for the hotel My only regret is that I did not get to dine in the Mai restaurant. I had seen some beautiful pictures of the food on instagram, and after I talked to Taemasin, who told me that the food is so much more special then the photos can show, I know that I will definitely be back.

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed, Pool is nice (could do with more chairs) Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool. Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)
