Its a nice hotel. The advantage of this hotel because the hotel become part of DP mall, the hotel is very clean and very nice staff.I came before 2PM and they let me to check in earlier without any charge, I lost my watch during the stay and the cleaning staff inform that she put on the other side of the table. And my daughter also left her jacket on the outside restroom (not in our room) and we found on the receptionist desk. Also I forgot to bring charger for my phone and we just can leave the phone to charge at the front desk. Which means Room Inc hotel has honest employee and very kind, very helpful. The breakfast has variative kind, I really love the porridge. So tasty The suggestion for this hotel, maybe you may re-decorate the room. Its very small with big TV. Its not easy to move from one side to another because the gap is very small. But overall I really enjoy to stay at this hotel. Thank you Room Inc Semarang

I had a wonderful stay in a fabulous suite. The room was delightful, the staff kind and friendly, Roy was particularly fabulous and made my stay a dream. Beds were soft and the tub is huuuuuge, The view of Semarang is pretty amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

First, we got a room on the 2nd floor, it smelled of cigarette smoke, even in the hallway the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. Then I was moved to the 1st floor. It wasn't bad, it didn't smell too bad, but when I asked to move, the receptionist didn't respond well. Narrow bathroom. So his clothes got splashed with water. The bathroom window also looks dirty.

Location of the hotel is very nice, near Simpang Lima. So is very easy to go somewhere. Room is spacious for a new modern hotel. The disadvantages are very few parking space (need to use valet parking if full), small restaurant area and no massage/ spa/ swimming poil.

Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around. Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.
