Todo excelente!!! Pase unos días allí en abril y fue increíble! El hostel es muuuuuy tranquilo y completo! Llegué solo y me fui con una familia. Excelente la atención de María y Fernando, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar y dar información. La ubicación es ideal porque está a 700mts del centro y de playa grande, prainha y praia dos anjos, y a 20min de praia do forno caminando. El lugar es súper seguro y tranquilo! Con seguridad volveré!!! Súper recomiendo

The place is wonderful, the view is too much, it is almost all the landscape, we arrived and were very well received by Mr. Carlos, the coffee is good, it is not chic, but it is very caprichous and tasty. The only reason we did not give the fifth star was the Internet issue in the rooms that on the first and second day simply did not work. I went to warn Mr Carlos and he told me that it was common even if the rooms internet was not as good as the areas, but that he would talk to a boy the other day to re-start the modem and try to threaten our problem. We believe that this attitude is a demonstration of attention. The other day, Mr Carlos was in the place of Mrs Daiane: this, when I mentioned that what had happened, did not let me finish the phrase and said, ”NOT IN THE QUARTES HAVE THE INTERNET” ”... People WHAT HAVE NOT”. We were very annoyed at that moment, because this information is not clear in the reservation, and, in addition, the collaborator said Mr Carlos was wrong and he was not new and he still complained more about him to us. I thought that was very little professional, but we went on to our trips, and Mr. Carlos was in the reception and, in a very educated and efficient manner, said he had re-started the modem and was to test, and we arrived in the room and had the Internet. Simple and welcoming accommodation, satisfactory cost benefit. Now I reserve the Café de la Démaine, which has no options and is very weak without varieties, especially for me that I stayed 4 days hosted, I also inform that care for the pandemic does not serve as a justification for this.
