Given Banja Luka is still way off the tourist radar, the town doesn't have a lot of luxury/comfort stays. So, the Courtyard is a welcome break from the monotonous and bland options you had before they arrived. Basic luxury, Spartan design and super clean. LOCATION: Good location close to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Rooftop bar that is more open only to private functions. But the Lobby bar is quite stylish and great for a chilled-out dinner and drinks ROOM: I stayed in Room 907, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the city skyline, including the iconic cathedral; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality cosmetics by NIRAVE brand. FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made me feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout out to NINA at the front desk for a good welcome experience HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium-speed Wi-Fi(around 20 Mbps) that works well all over the property. The rooms are on 3 floors without lift, the rooms are very small, so much that there is no room to support bags. The hotel is very comfortable and then is very comfortable with the 220V Without light and even worse wires discovered (see photos documenting what is said). Breakfast is not exceptional: some cutting, eggs broken, sauces and even no sweet. The only positive note is the shower, and, moreover, what is unusual and dry, the receptionists wanted to keep the documents ”in hostage” for the entire duration of their stay without returning them after registration.

The Provence rooms have very clean rooms with air conditioning and large flat-screen TV. There was nothing to make at the cleanness of the sanitation facilities. It was all clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. Credit card payment is also possible. Also among the conveniences of this hotel is a restaurant as well as a few car parking places in the backyard. The hotel is very central and still quietly located. The rooms can only be opened with code card. There is only little road traffic, so no larm to hear. The city centre, attractions, castle, restaurants, cafes and public transport can be reached from the hotel to foot. Whether there would be again night. Very recommendable.

Excellent Hotel, ideal for families. We are from Greece and we stayed for 5 days. Very kind staff, very nice breakfast and clean rooms. It is in the center of the city and is next to the vrbas river. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend it to you.

First we were very satisfied with the hotel. The young lady at the reception has cared very well. The location of the hotel is on a main street. Each one must assess for himself whether he wants to drive the bus to the city. Who wants to walk on the road is probably very far. Parking was always available enough during our presence. If they are always enough, we cannot say. The room is rather small. Probably including bathroom about 18 m2. The bathing clothes in the hotel description lack. The cleanliness could be better. On the bright carpet in the room there were some black strips. Once you get breakfast in the breakfast room of the hotel (see here as a meeting room), another time in the separate restaurant - if the hotel is not booked enough. Then the breakfast room is not equipped. In the breakfast room there are bread and bread or just a variety of bread. Wurst, eggs and mirror eggs are probably prepared early and then left. That looked no longer very appetiteful. Cheese and sauce plate were filled, the orange juice was not filled, the water at the buffet was only on the point. In the restaurant we found such a normal breakfast with sauce and cheese was not on the map. The worse: neither the reception nor the top in the restaurant indicated that we only had the right to a coffee and no juice. In the breakfast room you can take as much as available. Not in the restaurant. Only a cappucino would have been included, nothing more. A remaining quality is not that. The dishes at breakfast buffet were apparently not clean from the washing machine, but you removed them to our information.
